The property was clean … we booked this apartment for the balcony as we have used this property before and loved it …. On this occasion the awning outside was broken and therefore the balcony was unfit for the purpose due to the hot weather

Had a lovely week here. Central enough to be able to walk to all parts of the town. Old and new. Buses within walking distance to visit further villages. Nice clean pool. Great markets and great restaurants in the old town. Prices in bars and restaurants were fair👍. This apartment served us well for the week.

Great Location

Home from home spotless apartment which didn’t disappoint, with all amenities close by and sun on the terrace all afternoon. The complex is well looked after and very quiet. Alistairs communications were spot on and he met us at the gate to show us around . We will deffo return if available the next time we’re in Beni.

Perfect property, communication and location

Very quick and friendly communication from Alistair from initial booking over a year ago. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds and a huge balcony with sturdy furniture. It’s in a residential block so no sun beds but the pool was lovely and quiet and plenty of grass and a couple of benches to relax on. Sharon and Alistair gave us clear information and unexpectedly - and very much appreciated - let us check in early and out late due to flights. Location was good, lots around. Highly recommend.

very modern apartment,the size was great as was the balcony the 3 a/c units were a godsend in that heat Alistair got us a good deal with the wifi,will be booking it again for next year

Fantastic Apartment!

My daughter and I stayed at this apartment for a week and can honestly say it was just perfect. It was absolutely spotless and had everything in it you could need. The balcony was huge and had the sun on it every afternoon. The location was brilliant and there was a great supermarket literally a minute away. We have stayed in Benidorm many times but this lovely apartment was by far the best we have stayed at, we will definitely be returning next year! A massive thank you to Ali and his wife who worked so hard on getting the apartment ready for us as we had arrived much earlier than the check in time.
