This villa includes daily housekeeping and an on-site villa manager. During your stay at Villa Wyss, you’ll have access to the facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club. These include a 27-hole golf course, clubhouse with restaurant and bar, pool area with swimming pool and kids pool, and more. This is the perfect place to experience an unforgettable Caribbean getaway.

LOCATION:

Villa Wyss is located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located right behind the golf clubhouse pool area and sits on a double lot with lots of outdoor space.

Cocotal is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier locations in Bavaro, Punta Cana, and a favorite destination for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat.

The resort offers several amenities, including a 27-hole inland golf course, golf practice facilities, a restaurant & sports bar located at the golf clubhouse, a soccer field, large resort-style swimming pool, kids’ pool, sunloungers and Bali beds, lounge area, kids’ playground, and a mini market. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, Bavaro Beach is conveniently located only a short 5-minute drive from the entrance of Cocotal. There are also plenty of great local restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities located just outside the resort.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

VIP inclusion: Access to Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant on Bávaro Beach (advance reservations required). Complimentary transportation is included with a minimum consumption of US$ 25 per person at the restaurant/bar, which must be paid upon booking via a secure payment link to confirm your reservation. You will receive this amount as a credit for food and beverages at the restaurant/bar (no refund for unconsumed credit). Reservations are subject to availability and must be booked well in advance. Food and beverages from outside are not permitted at the beach club. NOTE: Food & beverages at the Jellyfish restaurant/bar and are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the restaurant. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply! Blackout dates are specific dates during which the beach club access is not available, e.g. due to private events.

NOTE: Villa guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club, which is only for property owners.

THE SPACE:

Villa Wyss is a charming, 4-bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, single-level villa, which makes it very comfortable for multi-generational families and families traveling with children.

Step inside the villa and be greeted by the inviting semi-open floor plan of the living and dining room. This cozy space is accentuated by beautiful wooden floors and lofty vaulted ceilings. It’s perfect for indoor relaxation, whether you`re watching TV or enjoying delightful meals with your family and friends. The living room seamlessly connects to the outdoor area, offering direct access to the patio, pool area, and tropical garden.

The indoor dining room comfortably seats 8 people and has numerous windows that allow for plenty of natural light. The large kitchen, complete with a cooking island, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your vacation. However, if you prefer a more leisurely experience, the option to hire a personal chef is available for an additional cost.

For those moments when indulgence calls for a good workout, the villa offers a private fitness room located in a small annex, complete with a treadmill, weights, and more.

The backyard at Villa Wyss is the sanctuary of the property. The garden features a remarkable swimming pool (not heated), complete with an island palapa—an open-sided deck with a roof—equipped with outdoor furniture, all nestled right in the middle of the pool! Additionally, the garden includes a separate deck designed for outdoor dining.

VILLA STAFF:

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club before arrival. All outside guests must be registered, and an additional fee will be charged. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.
