Ligurian rural house dated back the beginning of the last century, radically renovated in 2013, and equipped with new furnishings. Located on the hill above Chiavari town it enjoys a wide sea view over the gulf and the promontory of Portofino. Totally independent, in a quiet spot of the Mediterranean greenery, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Suitable for groups or families with kids, ideal for people who like nature and hillwalking. This two story house provides a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two wide bedrooms with 2 bunks beds and a king size double bed each, 2 bathrooms with toilet. A cozy patio and a sunny terrace complete the house. Plenty of free grassy space sorrounds the property. A few minutes walk along a characteristic local path is necessary to reach the house from the main road, where the car can be parked. Chiavari and its beaches are reachable in 10 min. drive

leider durch covid 19 vozeitig abgebrochen. Ligurien war kam während aufenthalt auf quarantäneliste der CH.
