In the heart of Vernazza, La Torretta dei Merli is a fascinating studio with a historic character that combines atmosphere, view and modern comfort. Completely renovated in 2017 and equipped with air conditioning since June 2023, it offers an intimate and evocative refuge with spectacular views of the village rooftops and the Ligurian Sea.

The space

The studio is organised on multiple levels, making the most of its unique architecture.



The living area is bright and welcoming, with two single beds under the sloping ceiling and a window overlooking the picturesque streets of Vernazza.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with washing machine, microwave and Nespresso machine, opens directly onto the panoramic terrace, recently enhanced with a sun shade. From here, you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the village, Piazza Marconi, the coast towards Monterosso and the Mesco promontory.

In the highest part of the studio is the tower room, with a double bed positioned to offer a direct view of the sea and the bell tower of Santa Margherita: sunrise and sunset become unforgettable moments.

The bathroom, simple and functional, is in harmony with the character of the apartment.

Location and Access

Located in a central position, it allows you to easily reach Marconi Square, restaurants, cafés, shops, the small harbour and coastal scenic paths.

Please note that access to the apartment is via steep stairs, typical of historic houses in the village.

Free welcome breakfast for the first day, quality essential amenities (local extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar and compostable Nespresso capsules), professional cleaning, attention to environmental sustainability and concierge office in Vernazza open from 9:30 to 18:30 (from mid-March to early November).



Important information

Check-in is done in person and the arrival time must be communicated in advance (15:00–18:30). Arrivals after 18:30 may incur additional costs; check-ins after 22:00 are not accepted.

By law, heating is not permitted from 1 April to 8 November. Given the location within the Cinque Terre National Park, response times may be longer.
