Conveniently close to the many public golf courses in Central Oregon. The Village at Sunriver, with its eateries and shops, is less than three miles away. This home also includes full access to Sunriver Fitness and Aquatics thanks to your SHARC passes, making it a good place to cool off during the summertime!
Whether you choose to soak in your bubbling outdoor hot tub or snuggle by the fire with a good book, you are guaranteed to feel relaxed. You've got all the comforts of home here - cable TV, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee maker, and a gas grill.

he upstairs main bedroom has a flatscreen TV, and doors to the deck. You'll stay cool inside with central air conditioning.

Great Sunriver Getaway

Older home but was a perfect fit for our family getaway. Enjoyed the close location to the gas station/grocery store and nice neighborhood near bike trails. Deck is a bit older with raised nail heads otherwise a great stay!

Great stay in Sunriver!

We loved the house setup, definitely big enough for four adults and three kids. We liked that we had the deck to hang out on, and lots of space inside for the kids to runaround and play when we were taking a break from the sunshine! The location was perfect for us too! It felt relatively secluded but was still close enough to all of the amenities!

Awesome house

Cozy character

We had everything we needed, in this nice vaulted spacious home. Love the updated master bath. Mattresses need updated. Loved the hot tub and SHARC passes! Thanks so much for the late check out so we could go one last time!

Great location, pretty run down

This place has the potential to be awesome, the beds seemed uncomfortable. It was a bit cramped and outdated. Things were run down, such as the front door handle hanging off, screens in windows broken, etc. Probably wouldn’t stay here again with all the other options around town. We also found a dirty bowl underneath one of the beds. Vacasa dropped the ball a bit with our check-in being hours later then the promised check in time, and the cleaners showed up an hour before our check out time. They did help compensate us but it still caused some inconvenience.

The layout of the house is not ideal. The living room/TV are right next to the master suite, making it difficult to sleep if anyone else in the house is watching TV. The location is nice, away from all roads and very quiet.

Great Location

We were of group of 5 women and loved the location of this house at the far end of Sunriver, away from the Village. The deck and hot tub looked out over trees and there was limited views of other houses. The house was clean and more than adequate for us. However, some of the bikes were not operable, or of sufficient size or number, and we ended up renting bikes. Also, we couldn't get the BBQ to work. There were other minor issues and we mentioned all of them to the management, so hopefully they will be taken care of for future renters. The management people we spoke to were all very helpful and friendly. So, even with these issues, I would definitely rent this house again.

Gas grill does not heat beyond medium so unable to cook steak and burgers properly. Skillet in kitchen has no cord. Hot tub jets squirted water high over the deck and had to repeatedly be filled with water. Pot in kitchen are warped and unusable. No remote for TV to enable closed captioning. Stain in carpet in master bedroom, bathroom.

A nice place to stay😁

The BBQ was terrible, they replaced it on the first night. The first two pans I tried to use to cook my dinner were dirty and I had to wash before I could cook dinner. Two of my guests got glass in their foot from the downstairs bathroom floor not being cleaned well enough after the prior guest. The vanity lights in the master bathroom are quite dim. Not enough light to see. The beds we’re comfortable. Two bikes had bad brakes. Wear shoes on the deck as there are lots of nail heads. The location was a bit of a distance from the main features of Sunriver. It was a big price for cleaning considering the condition we arrived to. The carpet needs shampooing.

Master bathroom musty smelling & need AC in summer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am allergic to mold & mildew and asked in advance about any possible past water intrusion and was assured there wasn't any. However, the master bathroom smelled musty & my sinuses were flared up and I had allergy issues all week. I finally took all belongings from that bathroom & closet and used the 1/2 bath in the hall. There is no AC. We opened all windows in the evening and shut them in the morning to try and retain some cool air in the home but by mid afternoon it was sweltering and didn't cool down until the wee hours.

Decent property, terrible property management

TLDR - A good property run by a fundamentally inept property management company that severely cuts costs and uses low quality cleaning services. Pros: - Property has good amenities - Property is in a good location - Plenty of space - Excellent, newly renovated master bathroom Cons: - Vacasa provides poor service fitting a much cheaper property - Vacasa’s cleaning crew did an incredibly poor job, we came to the house and were immediately met with a full garbage can with rotting meat and ice cream. We have never arrived to a house where the housekeeping didn’t take trash with them. There was a pair of used, dirty women’s underwear stuffed in the couch. There were dishes under the beds and razors left behind from previous guests. The floors were sticky with some sort of glue when we walked in. - Vacasa uses the cheapest possible materials for the house. The house came with tiny bars of soap, and absolutely no shower gels or other toiletries. This is below the standard we have come to expect. - House comes with one bike, do not be fooled by the photo containing seven bikes. - Be careful when walking on the deck, one of our members was walking and a piece of the deck broke underneath him. This caused him to fall and hurt himself.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the years we have rented many properties at Sunriver usually through Sunset or Bennington. In June of this year we rented a house through you and again last week we rented 16 Hickory. Both houses were more run down and less comfortable than other houses we have rented. For example, at 16 Hickory walk up the front walkway and you feel like you are walking into a bad rental. As you walk up the stairs look at the dirty worn out drywall. Now check out the bad carpeting. As you walk into the kitchen on your left look at the lower wall...dry wall cracked and chipped and dirty. If I were you, I would repair that right away. First impressions are very important. The rest of the house was fine and actually the deck was very inviting. Nice view! The hot tub was really noisey at night so we couldn't sleep with the window open but it was maintained while we were there which was a good sign. I don't mean to slam the place completely but for the price the house isn't worth it compared to other houses we have rented. With a little attention this house could become a favorite rental.

Beautiful Place (… but worthless bikes)

This place was great for our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway with easy access to the trails! Only complaint were the bikes. We wanted a place with AC and bikes (these were my main requirements for our stay) and unfortunately the adult bikes there were all unusable so we had to rent which cost a few extra hundred dollars we weren’t planning for. If these were either serviced or simply removed, it would give people a more accurate view of what they were signing up for. Had we have known we wouldn’t have rented here. Other than that, beautiful.
