Fun and funky boutique hotel style with the convenience of a condo. Newly updated and professionally decorated, our condo has new appliances, mattresses and flat screen tvs. This top floor end unit has vaulted ceilings and clerestory windows in the living room that highlight the gas fireplace, with a 50" flat screen tv wtih HD cable and access to a balcony overlooking the forest. Free wi-fi in the unit. The front porch offers excellent views of the Continental Divide. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need to feed your family. Elegant master bedroom with high-end mountain style has a new queen bed and its own bathroom. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle to sleep three, and doubles as an a second family room with a 48" flat screen tv, dvd player, a Wii with games, and its own bathroom.

The free shuttle to Winter Park ski resort stops at the front door and goes directly to the ski area with no stops during ski season. In the summer, its a short walk to town, with restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and a bowling alley as well as the amphitheater for music festivals. Across the parking lot are trail heads for hiking and mountain biking and a quick 30 minute drive to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Our condo is a short walk thru the forest from the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, laundry facilities, free movies, a meeting room and kitchen for catered events.

Great Spot in Winter Park

This 2 bedroom location was perfect. Great rooms and space and beatiful view off the back deck. The shuttle to the moutain picks up right outside and is a super convenient 5 minute ride. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great spring break getaway with little ones

I was impressed with this condo. It was a great setup for my young kids. The fireplace is beautiful custom moss rock, a nice spot to unwind in the evening. The location, between the resort and town, is great. The kitchen has most things you would need; we cooked almost every meal and saved a ton of money that way.

Everything about this condo was great! The most comfortable beds we have ever slept on, everything we needed in the kitchen, great location to Winter Park. Would definitely recommend staying here

Great stay close to RMNP

Very clean space! Watch your toes on the bathroom floor because the tiles are starting to come up. 45 min drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and a short walk to lots of restaurants.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. The host was very helpful. Great location. Has everything you need. The bus route stops at the building and takes you right to the ski resort. It was so easy. The fireplace was nice in the evening along with the pool and 3 hot tubs. My kids enjoyed playing the wii. Lots of dining options close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Mountain Getaway

Christy is a 5 star host. Everything was spotless and in working order. The condo was beautifully appointed and there was not 1 gadget missing in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and cozy. Christy replied back to us when we had some minor questions. The condo is located just 2 miles from Winter Park Village and easily walkable on a paved trail. A shuttle bus also takes you into town. The 3 story building is nesstled in the woods. I would certainly rent from Christy again if I return to Winter Park.

Great place to stay!

This condo is in great location for public transportation and is perfect for a family. You can tell that the owners really enjoy the place, the decor is really well thought out and it looks like a Colorado ski lodge. Very cute! The beds were super comfortable (and I usually can't wait to get back to my bed). The only complaint I have is that we couldn't get some of the Wii remotes to work, I think the batteries were dead, but it wasn't a big deal. Oh, just FYI, there's no elevator and it's on the third floor. That's usually not a big deal for us, but that elevation is tough!! Overall, we would definitely stay here again. We had a great time.

Super cute condo, great location, but very soft mattress

Super cute condo - great remodel, on top floor and an end unit (vaulted ceilings and less noise than a lower level or center unit might have). Bus to the ski mountain stops right out front of the condo. Owner was very easy to work with. Our only issue was that the beds had very soft mattresses on them - if you don't mind this then highly recommend. They were too soft for my family though. My husband, who is not heavy, would sit or lay down on the bed and the bed would compress almost completely down, and his feet and head would be much higher than his middle.

We love skiing winter park every year. It’s easy to hop on the bus and right in front of the condo and be on the slopes in 10 minutes. It’s also a beautiful setting for accessing the national forest snowshoe trails right off the back corner of the parking lot.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

The owners had great communication. Check in and check out process was very easy. The location was perfect- near all of our destination spots. The condo was clean and well kept. Cool Escape

Love the location of this unit. Easy access to multiple trails and walking distance to downtown activities. This was our second stay. Owner is easy to work with. VRBO caused us some communication problems because they did not send to us all the info that the owner sent thru them.

So Nice We've Stayed There Twice

Second spring break in a row that we've stayed at this property. Perfect condo for our family of 4. Property has everything you would need for a ski trip. Had other family staying on the second floor and we realized how nice the vaulted ceilings and sky light make this unit. Absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend staying here.

Ski Time

We had a great stay. Easy to grab the lift bus out front for a short ride to the resort. Cozy place for happy hour and family time at night. Also easy to visit the grocery store, distillery, and brewery. Enjoy!
