We (3 adults) enjoyed our stay in Winter Park. The condo was warm, well-appointed, and quite comfortable. Bedrooms were comfortable, and we slept well. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure. We would stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay at this Winter Park condo. The condo was very clean and comfy. The hosts communicated effectively. The location was quiet and private with hardly anyone else there this time of the year. We enjoyed hearing the river through the open windows and watching a lightning storm from the balcony. It was also conveniently located to access activities at the ski area, Rocky Mountain National Park, hot springs and shopping. My only suggestion would be to have more extra bedding since there were no extra blankets or pillows. Overall a great place to stay and I would definitely go back.
We had a fun time staying here for an annual ski getaway. Condo was as described, clean, and in a great location close to the main strip in WP and minutes to the slopes. Check in was easy and host was super accommodating about an earlier time. Parking was great and the hot tub was nice after a day of skiing. Condo was comfy and kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. Def recommend and I’d absolutely book again for another WP trip.
This condo was perfect for our family of 4!! Location was great and very close to the Lift Blue Bus stop. We enjoyed the Hot tub after a day of skiing and playing Super Mario Brother's on the Nintendo. The Christmas Tree was a great touch!! Would definitely stay here again when visiting WinterPark.
This was our second trip to WP, the condo is in a great location, stocked with everything and for whatever else you need, the market is right there. The gas fireplace was amazing after a cold day on the slopes! That and the electric kettle for tea were a great add that we did not have before. Steph was very nice, only spoke to her once when I had a quick question, because we had zero issues. Definitely recommend !!
The property is just as advertised - very light, 2 BR, 2 BA unit with open living room / dining room / kitchen area. Very convenient to downtown (NOT "Old Town") Winter Park. Exactly half-way between Fraser and Winter Park Resort. Quality of furnishings and household goods is very good. A few kitchen utensils need upgrading (can opener) or replacing (we bought a corkscrew / bottle opener as our contribution), but otherwise the kitchen is well-stocked. If the upstairs neighbors are heavy-footed, you will hear them quite clearly. Overall this is a nice unit and good value for the price.

Winter Park, 6/23 to 6/26 reservation
We called the Host to see if we might get in earlier than 4 pm & perhaps check out at noon on the last day. No response: we left multiple messages. Finally got the #3 Host who could not give us an answer. It took 7 hrs before the Primary Host called back and approved the early entry & late departure. On the day of arrival at approx. 2 pm after trying for about half an hour, following the written entry directions we could not unlock the door! It was raining. Using the code for the (alternate) Lock Box, it would not open. We made 3 phone calls to Contacts, left messages & briefly talked to the #3 Host (in Boston !) who could not help us. Finally, the primary Host called back & told us how to use the (strange) KeyPad with the provided code. She claimed it was a “standard” keypad. No keypad we had ever seen had two (2) numbers per button!!! It would have been very easy to include this critical info in the written entry-instructions–but they did not. The “Bear” table lamp in one bedroom worked for a few minutes, then never after that. We were unsuccessful determining what was wrong. The glass light cover in the ceiling over the Dining Table was filthy, full of accumulated dust and bugs; it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years. The fireplace would not turn on. The TV very frequently Freezes or goes blank. It would have been nice to have some decent hangers in the closets. We left on 6/25/25 at 6 am which was the 2nd full day of the 3-day reservation.

We have not had any concerns from other guests about it. - We're sorry to hear about the issues with the TV, lamp, and fireplace. We’ll be checking all of those items, and we're also planning to add more hangers for guest convenience.- We had recently cleaned the dining room light fixture but will inspect it again to ensure it's up to standard.Thank you again for your feedback. We had a fantastic stay here! Weather was beautiful! Upon arrival, entry to the house was easy. Parking was easy as it was an empty lot. It’s a private drive so it was nice not to hear or see much traffic at all. the house was locked up tight and it was quite warm when we arrived. NO ac in a lot of condos in the Rockys. It took quite awhile to cool down the first night. Luckily there were 2 fans that helped. Other than the first night we were able to keep it cool by shutting all blinds, windows ect during the day and then opening them all in the evening. The condo had a great view of the Frazier river. It was very delightful to sit out there and listen to the river rushing. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Washer and dryer was new and very nice to have. Grill outside was great. All appliances were in great condition. Bathrooms were great. Nice water pressure and pretty clean. Would recommend new bathroom rugs though. Bedrooms were roomy! Lots of storage and the beds were very comfortable! Couple minor updates I would recommend to make it even a better stay. More pillows that aren’t flat and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Wanted to sleep in on vacation but it was quite bright in the bedrooms in the morning. Great living area with a large sectional couch. Great dining area. Large table with chairs and we had fun playing cards there in the evenings. Had a couple questions during the stay and owners were quick to respond. A+

Great Summer Stay in Winter Park
We really enjoyed our stay at Steph and Dan's condo. Nice views and sounds of stream and mountains from 2nd floor deck. Condo was perfect for two couples with two full ensuite baths and comfortable leather sectional. Kitchen was well equipped and even had sharp knives which is usually not found in rentals. We were able to do local hikes and went to Rocky Mountain Park which was about 40 minutes away. Hope to come back next year.

Lovely unit. Peaceful setting. Good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. The ensuite bathrooms were a plus. Very clean and well maintained unit. Highly recommend and have already booked another stay!
All aspects were great. Owner immediately responsive to minor issue (couldn’t find the TV remote). Enjoyed being able to walk to everything in town. Would stay again.

This condo in Winter Park was exceptional! It was clean (spotless, to be exact), cozy, and made us feel right at home. The views of the mountains were gorgeous! Location was perfect. It was situation right in the middle of Winter Park and Fraser, with many restaurants along the route. Although there were other complexes surrounding our condo, the area was calm and peaceful, which is exactly what I needed coming from the busy world of Houston, Texas. The only down side was the hot tub was closed (due to Covid) but that was completely understandable. I also thought there was a parking garage, but it was not accessible to us so we had to park outside, which was a little cold at the start of each morning, but the sunrise and tranquil sound of the stream running below is made it all worthwhile. If you are ever visiting Winter Park, please please please take a look at this condo. You will NOT be disappointed!
This two bedroom condo is cozy and tastefully decorated. Bedroom #1 has a full bath and bedroom #2 has direct access to the full bath in the hall (one door to hall and one door to bedroom). The deck overlooks a beautiful stream and also has a grill which we enjoyed using. Owners were great to work with.
