Marco was an amazing host and the accommodations were just as described (view of Pantheon is incredible.) The location was perfect for a family wanting to see all the key sites in Rome. We walked everywhere and loved it. Marco provided excellent food recommendations as well. Best part is opening the window and taking in ancient Rome at the Pantheon.
Perfect location, great owners, everything you need.
We were a family of four traveling to Rome. This apartment was perfect for us. Great location with owners who exceeded our expectations in being helpful. We stayed in other places in Italy where the owner/management company never answered us.
Marco was a great host, helped with transfers as well. Silvia, who met us to check in was flexible, nice and also provided nice local recommendations.
The apt is simple, clean & had everything we needed, most importantly AC!
Be prepared for a couple flights of stairs, especially if you have lots of heavy luggage.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would! If there is a better location in Rome, I would like to know. The apartment is so nice and was very spacious for us with our two kids. Susanna was amazingly helpful at checking in and throughout our whole time in Rome. She arranged many taxis for us and even told us where we could find crayons for our kiddos. Marco was also super helpful by allowing us an early check in at arrival! Could not have been better!
Great communication with property managers, check-in was supported and effortless, and the property is better than advertised!
The location is incredible. Grocery stores, cafes, historic sites, group tours, and restaurants were all within a few minutes walk.
The entire suite was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed to make good use of the kitchen, even some basic supplies like oil, sugar, salt and coffee were there. We never ran out of hot water for showers, and had abundant clean towels.
Because we went in March, we never needed to use the heat or A/C. It was very quiet when we closed the windows, but during the evening we preferred them open so we could hear the music in the streets.
Marco and Rita were outstanding hosts. And, Sylvia, the manager, gave us an excellent introduction. Marco helped us arrange transport from and to the airport. We stayed 4 nights during a heat wave. The location is perfect for almost all of Rome. And the apartment was great (and did I mention it is air conditioned?). Yes, there are some steps; I am used to older buildings without elevators. But to wake up every morning to a 2000 year old building literally across the street is other-worldly. Make sure to get the QR code of the Pantheon as soon as you arrive and make several trips to see this amazing building.
Comfortable apartment in amazing location next to the Parthenon
This apartment was a wonderful choice for our family of four, including two teenagers. We would definitely stay there again.
The location is unbeatable. Next door to the Pantheon! A few blocks from Piazza Navona. We walked to the Spanish Steps, to the Trevi Fountain, to the Coliseum, home from the Vatican, home from dinner in Travestere, etc.
Lovely and comfortable space for two couples or a family of 4-5 but must be able to manage the 57 steps up to the 4th floor. (We were fine.) Small but functional kitchen with European-sized appliances. Firm mattresses. Large towels. Plenty of hot water. Marco was very responsive to my questions beforehand and arranged very convenient taxi pick-up for us from airport for 70 Euros.
Rome doesnt disappoint, and its even better staying in Marco and Silvia’s property. Its on the 3rd floor, facing the Pantheon. Couldnt be any more central and easy to walk to all the monuments. The split air conditioning units worked great, actually just one was enough to keep the whole apartment cool. The windows are super sealed and completely blocks any noise coming from the busy piazza. The bedroom is quiet and the bed is comfortable. We used the kitchen to make coffee, warm some bread for breakfast- but its definetly functional to prepare a meal or even to bring some ready meal to warm up in the oven (there are many amazing food stores in walking distance). Having 2 full baths were also a plus. The apartment is very spacious, we used the 2nd bedroom as a dressing room and to leave all our luggage. We washed some clothes, the little washer works great!
We brought our own detergent sheets to wash clothes. There was some sugar, salt, vinegar , oil , coffee filter in the kitchen. There is cable tv, most of channels are italian, a few movies hsd subtitles in english.
Alora, its a very comfortable condo, with amazing views, in a amazing central location.
We would choose again to stay in the condo with the view of the Pantheon😘

Misleading description of the property
Should have listed one bedroom with king bed and two pull out beds in the hall way and the living which can accommodate 4 extra people. Second bathroom did not have bidet as described and basin was too small to wash face. Suitable for the family with children. No curtains towards Pantheon for privacy. Just no privacy if your group is more than 2 adults.
Wonderful location, super clean, quick response and great communication. Apartment was as described, fit our family of 5 easily, we will definitely stay again!
We loved the location, you can come and go to the different historic sites, take a break and then go out at night for dinner without needing a taxi cab, just walking, loved it
The location is perfect! The flat is historic, you can open the windows and listen to street music or people watch. You are so close to everything you will want to see, do or eat. We found the kitchen to be perfect for making small meals. The washer was handy for refreshing our clothes after a long vacation. The beds are very hard, by the third night we were all looking forward to changing our sleeping conditions.
From the moment we booked, we were impressed with Marco’s communication with us. He arranged an airport transfer and we were met at the property upon arrival, shown around the apartment and given ideas for places to visit. The apartment itself was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The location is outstanding. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The piazza in front of the Pantheon was always lively and fun to hang around. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at this property or to book with Marco.
