Housing in residence, very quiet located 500 m from the village center and 3 km from the sea, accessible by road and bike path (2 bicycles available (Man and Woman), private garden with trees.
Equipment: TV 16/9 with Usb, in dining room, downstairs bedroom, loft bedroom. Wifi Internet access and / or RJ45 cable (standard).
Pool in residence, open from June to September. Access by badge (provided for the stay). House overlooking pedestrian plaza.
Rental located in the residence 'Les Cabrols'
Rental for up to 6 people including 2 children maximum.

Tariff conditions exclusively for low season period (from mid October to mid December, from January to the end of March) - If rental 2 weeks, 50 € discount on the stay. - If renting 3 weeks (ex Balaruc spa baths) 120 € discount on the stay. - In low season, possibility to rent on n days (3 days minimum), change the days of arrival and departure, (subject to availability). Arrival any day of the week, departure any day of the week, the rate being prorated by the number of days. (45 € / day, decreasing price from 6 days).

SĂ©jour Ă  Vic la Guardiole

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans le gßte de Monsieur Gangneux . (propreté, agencement, équipement ...) Ce gßte, d'autre part, est trÚs bien situé et permet de sillonner dans les environs qui sont trÚs beaux. Il est localisé à une demie heure de Montpellier ce qui permet de profiter également de cette ville trÚs vivante et trÚs belle du point de vue architectural. Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles sah so aus, wie auf den Fotos und war sehr sauber. An Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief sehr gut und schnell. Wir wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen.

Nous étions déjà venus en 2014, et une fois encore nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est toujours trÚs propre, bien entretenue et trÚs bien équipée. L'emplacement est trÚs calme et proche de la mer (env. 15mn à vélo)....Bref idéal pour se reposer !!! De plus les propriétaires que nous avons croisés à notre arrivée sont charmant.

Accueil trĂšs sympa du gardien, personne trĂšs agrĂ©able Tout est conforme Ă  la vidĂ©o mise sur Internet, mignon tout plein, bien situĂ© sur une placette avec des arbres donc beaucoup de chance car les maisonnettes sont parfois trop accolĂ©es ou devant les parkings ce qui n'est pas le cas pour cette location ; jardinet plaisant, propretĂ© du logement. Je ne vois pas de point nĂ©gatif sauf peut-ĂȘtre le "interdiction de fumer" qui nous tout de suite paru un peu "abrupt" mais qui reste un dĂ©tail ..., il existe des logos plus cools pour les arrivants fumeurs. Avec de bonnes prestations le mĂ©nage en partant fut facile et rapide Donc, trĂšs contents, belle rĂ©gion, deux vĂ©los Ă  disposition, espĂ©rons y revenir Allez y les yeux fermĂ©s..... Logement conforme aux photos, trĂšs propre, fonctionnel, bonne literie. Pas de vis Ă  vis. TrĂšs bel accueil...:) Les 2 vĂ©los disponibles sont apprĂ©ciables. Environnement calme. La piscine est trĂšs bien pour nager ou pour que les plus jeunes barbotent. La plage Ă  vĂ©lo est Ă  15-20 min via une piste cyclable. Le propriĂ©taire est venu nous saluer trĂšs sympathiquement. S'il y a un point peut-ĂȘtre Ă  amĂ©liorer, ce serait le prix du mĂ©nage (par rapport Ă  la superficie du logement). Nous recommandons ce logement trĂšs fortement et avons passĂ© d'excellentes vacances !!

Location soignĂ©e et bien entretenue, la description et les photos correspondaient bien Ă  ce qui Ă©tait prĂ©cisĂ© sur internet. La rĂ©gion est magnifique et bien ensoleillĂ©e Le seul bĂ©mol concerne le mur contigu Ă  la maison voisine. Il serait peut ĂȘtre judicieux de prĂ©voir un isolant sonore car la nuit tous les moindres bruits sont amplifiĂ©s !
