The cottage is right in the center of this fabulous market town with private parking - which is a must for Kirkby! Fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need. A lovely homely cottage with a fab wood burner, sunny courtyard garden, great kitchen, separate dining room, cosy lounge, and three very comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay a memorable one. Many guests return every year & we'd love to welcome you!
Our holiday cottage is an end of terrace in a private courtyard behind the main street in Kirkby Lonsdale. Private parking is a big bonus, although you can enjoy your break without leaving the town! Great shops, pus, restaurants and cafe's all on your doorstep. Walks of all lengths and abilities and lots of ways to spend your time. Perfectly situated to explore the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Lancashire Coastline and Trough of Bowland. When you return after a fun day out you have everything that you could need to make yourself at home.

We were delighted with everything in Jasmine Cottage. Perfect for our visit to the Sheep Sales. We were impressed with the overall cleanliness and the equipment provided. There was complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and milk provided, and full instructions for everything else. Ideally situated for exploring the locality.

Fantastic location in the middle of Kirby lonsdale

A clean, spacious but cosy cottage with parking. It has a pretty little courtyard garden at the back and a parking space to the front, which is a bonus in KL. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again as we had a fab week at Jasmine cottage. It was surprisingly quiet at night considering its central position. Everything you need is provided and the beds are extremely comfy…. Thank you for a lovely stay

Comfort

The property was extremely cold on arrival and because the weather outside was cold we could not heat the cottage to a stage where we were comfortable. By day 3 the weather was less cold and the cottage was heated up perfectly. Overall the cottage was very well equipped and we had a very enjoyable stay.

We are so sorry to hear that this guest was cold on arrival, the heating can be boosted and we do have a log burner for colder seasons. We are always striving to improve and will check out the efficiency of the heating in the lounge. It is unusual for us to be advised of guests being cold, but we are always contactable and will do our best to sort anything that we can.

A Cracking Cumbrian Cottage.

We were looking for a stacation cottage in Cumbria that could accommodate 5 adults comfortably and this cottage seemed to fit the bill. The booking process was quick and easy and communicating with Sheila was a pleasure. When we arrived and looked round Jasmine cottage, our expectations were greatly exceeded. The property was spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. It was one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve had in a holiday property and the patio garden was a delight. A special mention is warranted for the location of the cottage. It is in the very heart of Kirby Lonsdale, a few minutes’ walk from many excellent restaurants serving hearty meals using locally sourced ingredients. We also cooked a couple of meals at the cottage using superb meat from Dales butchers and other ingredients bought from Booths supermarket up the road. There are wonderfully picturesque walks on your doorstep and the stunning Yorkshire Dales, Forrest of Bowland, the Lakes and other Lancastrian beauty spots are within a short drive away. Our whole party loved both the Cottage and Kirby Lonsdale and were sad to depart after our wonderful week there. We think a return visit in the future is a must!

Wonderful cottage in a wonderful town!

Very clean, good quality fixtures and fittings. Well equipped, every need catered for. Very nice welcome pack. Comfy beds. Great communication from the owner. Loved it and we'll definitely be booking again.

Lovely cottage, ideally situated right in the centre of town

The property is immaculate and extremely well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and the private courtyard is perfect for a summer evening.
