Large and quiet apartment 20 minutes from Venice

Apartment close to Art is located in Mestre, in a quiet area. Tastefully furnished, spacious, bright and very welcoming, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room with flat screen TV (Prime Video) and stereo, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Quiet and safe location, just steps from the tram stop for Venice. The bus stop is 3 minutes from the house. The Tram, direct and frequent, will take you to Venice in 20 minutes.
Supermarket and shops in the immediate vicinity.
The center of Mestre is about a 10 minute walk.
Strategically located, the apartment is easily accessible whether you arrive by plane, train or car.
Convenient to the Marco Polo airport and the railway station. I will give you all the information to get to the apartment without difficulty.
If you travel by car, parking is free along the road. The location of the apartment is a starting point for visiting not only Venice, but also the beautiful surrounding cities, such as Treviso, Padua and much more.
On arrival, payment of the tourist tax is required (regular receipt is issued) and the presentation of identity documents for the communication of your stay to the authorities.
Separate waste collection is required (I will give you all the information).

The host us very helpful giving lots of information tegarding shops, restaurants and public transport. Located near tram stop to Venice and also easyvreach yo railway station. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment. Very convenient for Venice

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and beautiful. Everything little had been thought of and we felt so comfortable and at home. Chiara was super helpful and responsive throughout and during our stay. Her restaurant and cicchetti bar recommendations were brilliant - we only wished we had longer to visit more! Tram stop 3 mins away took us directly into Venice, and supermarket and other local shops were very close by. Thoroughly recommended!

Great place, super clean, amazing location

Chiara is an amazing host! She met us outside the apartment, so was there when we got out of the taxi before we could even wonder what building was her apartment…she saw us! Apartment impeccably clean. Very comfortable. Great location! Had everything for our 1 year old - crib, high chair, baby bath. Thank you Chiara !

Vacances super agréables

Chiara une personne super charmante, très gentille. Elle nous a attendu avec des boissons fraîches pour nous rafraîchir un peu de la température chaude de Venise. Les informations qu'elle nous a données étaient plus que suffisantes pour commencer à connaître Venise. L'appartement a tout ce dont une famille a besoin pour un séjour de vacances et tout est en très bon état. Nous, une famille avec deux jeunes enfants, avons passé un bon moment et le recommandons à d'autres familles et / ou couples.
