Pretty semi-detached villa located in the holiday village "les villas du golf" of Moliets, very close to the "cork oak" beach and in the middle of the golf courses
You can take your meals and enjoy its beautiful environment thanks to its shaded terrace
Upstairs 2 independent BEDROOMS and bathroom
 
With the following composition:
Living room / kitchen: 1 single sofa bed, TV screen, SOUTH terrace
American kitchen open to the living room with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, electric coffee maker.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, storage cupboard, South Balcony
Bedroom 2: 3 single beds (including 1 bunk bed) storage cupboard
Bathroom: 1 bath / shower, sink
Entrance with separate WC on the ground floor
Clearance with Cupboard.

Très bel endroit pour des vacances en famille. Le logement est joliment décoré et surtout très bien équipé. Il faudra peut-être se serrer un peu les jours de pluie, mais cela reste tout à fait gérable.Contrairement à ce que certains commentaires laissent entendre, il n’y a pas de route passante à proximité. La maison est située dans un endroit calme ; seuls les voisins peuvent, selon la chance, être plus ou moins bruyants.Dans l’ensemble, c’est une belle location de vacances, parfaitement adaptée pour une famille de 4 personnes.

P&V Moliets 2019

petite maison habituelle de p&V, mais location par des propriétaires hors bail P&V. Du coup, la maison est meublée différemment par les propriétaires et est donc plus agréable (2 Télé, canapé neuf et confortable, 2 fauteuils, grand parasol, bains de soleil, …) Une personne est présente et disponible pour répondre aux questions bémol : cette maison donne sur la route, et non sur le golf. passage incessant de voitures qui vont à la plage, pas top!
