The house is located in the Maddalena Peninsula, a naturalistic pearl of the Syracusan territory, which faces the island of Ortigia and overlooks the protected marine area of Plemmirio. Suitable for nature lovers, it combines the tranquility of the countryside with the beautiful sea.
The pleasantly furnished apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a spacious and bright living room with two single sofa beds and a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower.
