My new condo has just been completely renovated and redecorated. King bed in master with private lagoon view balcony, twin beds in 2nd BR and a Q sofa/ sleeper with deluxe gel foam mattress in LR. Walk in shower in master bath, tub/shower in 2nd BA. A fully equipped kitchen with every appliance,pan & utensil you could desire. New W/D, tile through out [even on the balconies] and a private gulf front balcony with chairs and table for relaxing and enjoying. There is a pool & hot tub as well as grills and easy access to the beach. Be as active or as laid back as you want.

We absolutely loved the condo and the location. The water view on each side was nice. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We will definitely be back.
Great location! Walking distance to one of our fave ice cream places “island ice cream”. Good communication with Pam! The only complaint was the refrigerator not working that great, it took 2 days for the drinks to get cold. We would definitely consider staying here again!
Renting with Pam and this Property was a BREEZE! We loved everything about this unit and it was beautifully decorated down to the perfect little lighthouse light switches. We enjoyed our trip tremendously and will definitely be back! Thanks Pam!!!
We have a wonderful week in this condo. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Very easy to get from one place to another. Great view. The owner was very good to communicate with and friendly. We will stay here again. Unfortunately we had to call the paramedics when my son had a seizure in the pool and they were there within minutes and were great as well. He is fine.
Really enjoyed proximity to the beach and many things to do in Gulf Shores. Both balconies had great views being the corner unit, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
WOW! 5 out of 5 - would highly recommend to anyone. Not only was the process with Pam great, but the location is great, the beach was great, and we met so many nice people. We can't wait to go back!

We had ample space for our family of 6. Our children range in age from age 5 to 16 and they all had a great time.
It was nice having 2 balconies for sunset and sunrise.
We had excellent communication with Pam before check in and during our stay.
Great location. Walk to dinner and stores plus a ice creme shop. Great restaurant across the street. Pool is clean. Beach is perfect location.

Decent but not clean
Overall, the condo was decent, but we had a few issues. We found a large roach on the third day after already having sour towels and wash rags and left over coffee grounds in the coffee pot. The showers were not very clean, and the condo as a whole was very dingy.
The condo is decorated perfectly for the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with pans, utensils, etc. The bed was comfortable. The gulf front balcony was great for watching the dolphins and the sunset. The owner was very easy to work with and communicate with. We recommend this condo and would stay there again.

We first started looking for a beach home, after a trip to St. Martin. We looked up the gulf side of FL and when we first visited Gulf Shores, we were sold, and bought a condo in 1988. After we retired, we started spending 7 months in Gulf Shores, and I hated to return to our home in Northern Illinois. After my husband passed, I bought a home in Foley, and moved here permanently, and have loved every minute. I have been handling my own rentals since 1990, so I enjoy making the entire rental process, from booking to checking in, as simple as possible so my guests can just relax and enjoy their time at the beach. The great majority of rentals at my other 2 condos are repeats or referrals and I hope to establish the same kind of rapport with my guests at Seacrest. Sunchase16569 &906966
Why they chose this property
We purchased our first condo in 1988, and evidently loved the area and the rental process, as over the years we purchased 3 more condos in the same complex-Sunchase at 1129 W.Beach. I just sold 2 of the condos to purchase this larger condo at Seacrest, with 2 bathrooms, 2 private balconies and elevators. The weather is mostly fantastic, the white sand and proximity to the gulf can't be matched, and just sitting and looking at the water brings peace to my soul. The entire area is laid back, so friendly and convenient to everything.
What makes this property unique
I loved the private balconies [my other condos have shared balconies] the fact that there were 2 bathrooms and an elevator-neither myself or my dogs are getting any younger-and the entire vibe of Seacrest is so relaxed and friendly. I enjoy just sitting on either balcony, reading and just watching the water and activity on the beach or lagoon.
