Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. This great apartment was completed in 2018. All furniture is new. The kitchen is completely equipped. It has a large living room with a large TV and very comfortable furniture.

The whole house is very bright. It is as seen in the photos.

The beds are large and very comfortable.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Top Level Apartment

This is by far the best apartment I have ever booked on HomeAway so far. The flat is in a great condition with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The roomy kitchen is well equipped, you can easily prepare meals for a big family or your junior football team. In one of the bathrooms you even find a tub, your wife will like it. We felt a bit cold a the beginning but the very helpful and reliable landlord solved the problem quickly with an electric furnace. Within no time the apartment was filled with a cosy warmth. We definitively recommend this apartment and would come back at any time.

The apartment has to be perfectly clean, the beds have to be the most comfortable, if any need arises, it must be attended to at once. This is the only way to get a Top Level experience. APARTAMENTO INCREIBLE

El apartamento es muy moderno, amplio y luminoso, además dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de Arrecife. Nos dejaron la cuna, una trona y sabanas para mi hija; y además el resto de estancias eran inmejorables. Recomiendo este apartamento a todas las familiar que deseen conocer la Isla.

Excelente Arrecife

We had a fantastic holiday staying at Jorge's apartment, which was in a great location and was clean with excellent facilities. Arrecife itself was a great destination for us, catering to all of our needs without losing its sense of being Canarian. We would definitely return. Jorge was incredibly helpful and full of local knowledge throughout our stay.

Nos ha parecido muy bien. Su ubicación es céntrica y tiene lo necesario muy cerca. El piso es muy luminoso y tiene una buena ventilación en todas las habitaciones, nosotros hemos pasado muchísimo calor en la isla y es de agradecer cuando llegas al piso y tienes aire acondicionado en la sala y ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones..... En general lo recomendamos.

Muchas gracias por compartir tu experiencia en mi apartamento y por recomendarnos. Nos ayuda mucho a llegar a más viajeros en la comunidad HomeAway con ganas de conocer la isla. En Lanzarote, tenemos un climpa suave. El único més que es más caluroso de lo normal es agosto. Por eso es importante contar con aire acondicionado, aunque sólo se utilice unas pocas semanas del año. Vuelvan pronto!

Amazing property in an amazing location

This property was absolutely amazing. From booking it to leaving Jorge was on hand to help every step of the way. He greeted us on arrival at the apartment and it was midnight when we arrived. He showed us all around and how everything worked. The apartment was absolutely spotless, very clean and tidy. Huge TV in the lounge with Netflix etc, which was good for the kids. The location of the apartment is perfect. Close to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Jorge for making our stay so relaxing and easy. We will definitely be back.
