Fantastic quaint cottage in a lovely village location, we were super close to all amenities and wonderful walks for our dog. The beaches at Wells and Holkham were stunning. Our neighbour next door was lovely and her dog played with ours. Highly recommend Muckledyke.

Weekend break
Lovely little quirky cottage and a great location for exploring the area. Helpful resident neighbours, nice garden area if a little cluttered. The cottage is small, clean and comfortable as described. Recommend the local pub, The Red Lion, a 500 yd walk down into the village, good food and a good selection of beers and wines.

Lovely cottage
Our stay at Muckledyke Cottage was wonderful. Lovely, comfortable cottage with everything needed. The location is especially relaxing in January, when everything is so peaceful. The proximity of dog walks is hugely useful, too as our dog refuses to go anywhere apart from on a walk! Thank you for a really de-stressing escape in comfort.

Lovely character cottage in stiffkey.
Good points: Lovely cottage with original features. Just enough room for two adults and two young children. Sofa bed also very comfortable. Gardens Lovely. Nice location set back from road. Nice to have dishwasher and washing machine. a great base if you don't have kids.
Bad points: not all that private as you can hear next door on both sides. A little cramped. Although garden was lovely found it difficult to relax as there in a dog often out in the comunical garden who was known for being aggressive to children. Although there was a private garden you have to walk past the communical garden to get to it - with two kids its a bit awkward. For that reason alone I wouldn't come back because of having young kids.

muckleldyke cottage
A very cosy cottage. Lovely and warm. Could do with a lighter duvet on bed in summer, but one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Great neighbour next door, we enjoyed lots of gardening conversations. Very convenient location as shop and pub so close, with walks from the door.
