SALENTO - In the suggestive setting of the Marina di Andrano, in the province of Lecce, in the summer months, we rent a spacious residence of 100 square meters just a few meters from the sea, easily reachable on foot.
The housing solution consists of two double bedrooms (measures 160x190 cm beds); a bedroom with a single bed (measuring 80x190 cm); an entrance with a second single bed; large living room with kitchenette; two bathrooms with shower and a large garden / patio for outdoor dining.
All doors and windows have mosquito nets.
Household equipment: washing machine; television; 4-burner kitchen; oven; masonry barbecue; dishes, glasses and various pots; cutlery and cooking utensils; iron and ironing board.
Free car parking in front of the house on the street.

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, é ampio, spazioso, fresco, dotato di tutti i servizi elencati e si trova a pochi passi dalla grotta verde. Dispone di un grande giardino, con una bella vista sul mare, arricchito dalla presenza di un ulivo e un magnífico carrubo secolari il tutto circondato da piante di fichi d'india che la fanno da padrone, l'ideale per trascorrere le serate magari dopo una buona grigliata. Il mare, come tutto il tratto di costa di questa zona del Salento, é spettacolare: acque cristalline, ricche di pesci con numerosissime calette e grotte da esplorare, il tutto immerso in una natura straripante. Una menzione particolare per i propietari gentili e disponibili.
