Great room, Beth was a fantastic host could use an accessible broom for guests, however it was fairly dirty, 10/10 would stay again if guests had access to the cleaning supplies or the cleaning person cleaned better.

Loved the Resort. Beautiful landscaping, very nice pools. It was right on the beach, but the actual walk to the water, because of the dunes, was farther than I expected.The unit was very comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. Parking was easy. You can drive right up to the unit. When sitting on the patio you had a great view of the grounds and the close by pool.The owner was very good about communication. She was very interested in any of your concerns. We will go back!

Host was great. Parking at Resort never got back to me after emailing them days before my trip. Resort amenities and proximity to the beach were wonderful. I didn’t feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the property. Surface level clean but at a closer look it’s been a while since a deep clean. Dusty furniture, windows, vents, stains on mattress protectors, etc.

Good little getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! Everything was spotless and the host was very nice and easy to reach. The only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because it was a good little walk to the beach for it to be considered “beachfront”

A wealth of amenities such as 4000 feet of private unspoiled beaches offering sugar-white sand, soft southern breezes, natural sand dunes, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets, outdoor and indoor pools, hot tubs, lighted tennis, basketball, horseshoes, and shuffleboard courts, exercise room and even an on-site restaurant and spa create treasured memories. Kiva Dunes Golf Course is next door.
