This is an amazing unit, in a triplex, sits directly on the beach. There is a large living room and kitchen with granite counters and it overlooks the Pacific Ocean. In addition, there is a large private balcony overlooking the beach complete with dining facilities and a grill for some BBQ. This unit also has a comfortable private lounging area located at the entrance. This unit has everything you could possibly need for an amazing beach front vacation!

Excellent oceanfront views!

Lovely views all across while in living room, dining & kitchen. Fireplace a nice touch during the winter months! Great outdoor space from living room to lounge, bbq & eat at patio table. Accomodations/furnishings are very “bare bones” compared to other rentals that I’ve stayed in… could use some personal touches, but otherwise comfortable. Management was excellent and easily accessible!

Amazing view!

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful and comfortable condominium. The view was incredible and the house was much bigger than we expected. Would stay again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

After spending two days at Disneyland we needed a space to relax and this house was perfect. We opened the windows every morning to hear the waves crashing and watch the surfers—great location and close to everything.

Amazing stay - great management company

Fantastic rental right on the water with a great management company that provided everything we needed for a great weekend away. Highly recommend anyone of the three units that make up this property however the middle unit has the best deck and ocean views

Beach Getaway

Stayed at this property for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. Very clean, amazing views and perfect private balcony with ocean views. Easy access to a beach area and a nice section with beach chairs and fire pit on the sand. The owner communicated clearly and quickly and made it very easy for us to bring our pets with us on our vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

Billion Dollar View

If you want the best view of the ocean, this is your place. THE MOST GORGEOUS SUNSETS. The home itself is a little old and could use some spit and polish, but it’s completely comfortable, wonderfully clean, and appointed with everything you need. The management company is outstanding, particularly as it regards communication. Consistent and clear. We loved our stay.

Amazing views

Our stay was fantastic! We loved the view and the sound of the waves each morning. The accomodations are barebones but very comfortable. The kitchen is enormous. The couch is cozy and gives the perfect view of the ocean. We loved opening the window and sitting to watch and listen. We also really enjoyed the convenient beach access. It was perfect for taking our little one to the beach for a short visit and still being close enough to not have to haul our life with her. The beds are comfy enough, for a short stay. The Murphy beds in the bonus rooms were surprisingly comfortable as well. Great for kids. The location is great for being close to everything but not right in the middle of the crowds. The driveway and garage are very short. We had to parallel park our highlander, in front of it. Fine for us, but just good to know. Overall would recommend this and other properties by Oceanfrontonly, based on our stay.

Good Views

Overall good stay. The listing needs a few updates. The property actually has 3 bedrooms not one and they’re are 4 beds all queens. It was a fabulous surprise because we have two kids and each got their own room. The beach.... it was all rocks, the city hasn’t done dredging so you can’t use the beach really. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen. We would stay here again and hope the City of Oceanside fixes the beach issue before summer!

Great location, clean location, easy parking

We had a great time visiting this beach front property. The space was clean and spacious with room for our family of four to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed and even included baking utensils and spices. The view is spectacular. One item of note is that the access to the beach requires balance and agility as there are uneven stairs without a handrail and the last two steps require that you climb down using the rocks. Not at all a deal breaker at all but I would have liked to know this fact going in. All in all a great experience.

Amazing vacation views

Amazing vacation spot!! Once again like everyone has said, the views are amazing!!! Yes there are a few small nit picky things that people have mentioned such as one of the windows not being fully sealed so there is a breeze if you are sleeping in that room but there isn't anything to stop you from loving this place. Beachfront rentals were amazing in their communication and responsiveness. I had questions about the heater and they were at the unit in 30 mins. Another small thing is that there isn't central heating in the bedrooms, only small portable heaters but they did the job. Overall, a fantastic great stay!!!!! I would definently be back if i can!

We had an amazing time despite not being able to put our feet in the water. It was a very nice change of scenery. The registration was very easy and the staff very responsive to our inquiries. Excellent job!

The sizable living room with large picture windows provided non-stop views of the ocean day and night. The kitchen filled with many new items was amazing. The open area between the living room to dining area to kitchen allowed for constant interaction. We were thrilled with the accessible beach infront of the property. Watch out while showering; powerful water. Two drawbacks: torn/loose window screens and the sitting area’s sand a bit dirty.
