Enjoy your Arizona vacation in this bright, sunny home with awesome fenced patio. Have your morning coffee in the sun, on the front southern patio and afternoon BBQ's under the shaded pergola in back. There are many windows to provide natural light and to view the palms and flowering plants. The master bedroom with king size bed has a sitting area with lots of natural light including a solar tube in the master bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Ceiling fans in every room.
Tenants can enjoy all the amenities of the community with the purchase of a recreation card . Sun City West offers seven 18 hole golf courses (additional fees), four recreation centers with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce ball, miniature golf, weight rooms and a bowling alley. Recreation cards are bought at the community center. ( This property is rented by calendar months only)

Snowbird 3 month stay

This was a lovely property with owners that took great care of it. We easily accessed the home for our stay and they were very responsive to any requests or questions. The home is in great shape and the cleanliness was the best we have ever found in any of our other VRBO stays. The kitchen was also very well stocked. We wanted for nothing. This is a very nice quiet neighborhood. Great location for all that we desired to do while there. Wonderful patio area as well. If you are lucky enough to rent this home you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful Property!

We very much enjoyed this home. Well stocked with everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood, beautiful patios and yard, and hosts that were attentive to every detail. Would love to stay here again!

Very nice property

We had a wonderful stay albeit shorter than planned with the Covid-19 scare. The house was very clean and cozy upon our arrival and just as advertised. The home is well outfitted with everything one would need from cooking utensils to comfortable beds and linens. We would definitely rent this home again.

My wife and I spent about a month at the house. We found the house to be very comfortable and well kept. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We experienced no problems during our stay. The owners and local property managers were readily available if needed. Great location with easy access to recreation, entertainment and shopping. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the home. Everything was neat and clean. The home was well stocked for our month long stay. We had a great time!

Sun City West is a great retirement community, and this was a lovely home to stay in while we were there. It is in a good location that made it easy and quick to get to anywhere in SCW. It is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and a very pleasant, north-facing patio. The landlords and caretaker were easy to work with.
