Villa 100 meters from the sea, bright, new, spacious and elegantly furnished, on two levels (2 independent apartments) with large terraces overlooking the sea, outdoor space with garden, parking space and garage.
Located in Lido Cannatello (Ag) fantastic location to live in absolute relaxation the sea, visit the Valley of the Temples, the Scala dei Turchi, the City of Agrigento, the Farm Cultural Parck of Favara, the places of Pirandello, Sciascia and Camilleri.
The apartment consists of two comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, a large living area with kitchen (4 burners, fridge, freezer and oven), lounge, living room and TV corner. Free Wi-Fi
The terraces with sea or garden view are well furnished with armchairs and sofas to enjoy the view and with tables and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners.
Outside the house has relaxing areas, living corners, garden and flower beds with typical plants and Mediterranean essences.
Parking within the fenced area, available large garage for motorcycles, bicycles, beach equipment and leisure.

Great shoreline unit

Very close to great beach. lots of site seeing activities and restaurants within the area. We did have a vehicle, however, which helped get around immensely. Property is gated with an automatic gate control. Don’t know about other ways to get around. Did use WhatsApp to communicate with owner. Once we connected with each other communication was good. House is in the top floor and is well supplied with utensils, etc. especially the espresso machine. Uses pods, which a limited supply was provided to begin rental. Still made a good cup espresso Great outdoor space with large decks front and rear. Lots of seating

Fantastic

We just loved our vacation home, stunning views, super close to the beach, you could even hear the surf in the evening. Two huge terraces, one with morning sun, one where you have afternoon soon and can enjoy the sun set. Restaurants are in driving distance 5 - 10 minutes. The beach is not crowded, clean, with shallow clear water and a little bar, where you can have drinks, salads and sandwiches. I want to emphasize the cleanliness of the apartment, we travel a lot, but I haven’t had a clean and comfortable apartment like that before. We overall enjoyed our stay very much and were sad to leave.
