Harlyn Bay just 200 meters away via a private footpath is renowned for safe bathing and good surfing conditions with golden sands, rock pools to explore and wonderful cliff top walks along the coastal path in both directions - especially beautiful in spring and early summer when fringed with wild flowers. Over the years Yellow Sands has welcomed back many families and couples for their annual summer and seasonal breaks. We hope to welcome you here sometime too!

Situated on the first floor with countryside views. This spacious apartment comprises of a large open plan lounge, kitchen/diner and is equipped to a high standard with flat screen TV and DVD, washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people, in a double room with king size bed and en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has a zip twin that can either be a king size bed or twin singles and en-suite shower room. Parking available for 1 car. There is also a garden with tables, chairs and sun loungers. We clean the apartment ourselves and have a 100% rating for cleanliness from our visit Britain inspection.

PADSTOW is only 3 miles away. Built around a cove on the River Camel Estuary it has grown over centuries into a picturesque fishing harbour town with lots to tell in terms of history and custom.

Close to the sea

We had a very comfortable stay . The apartment had everything we needed and the location is superb. The beach /coastal path is a few minutes walk away and it is a short drive to Padstow or Constantine Bay where our relatives were staying. A lovely week.

Perfect for our needs with everything as described.Spotlessly clean with everything needed for a self catering holiday.Martin & Debbie very welcoming and helpful as always.Have stayed in several of the accommodations on site depending on size of our family group.Harlyn has been drawing us down to cornwall for many years.Breakfast always comes from bakery in St.Merryn & plenty of places to eat in Padstow or across the ferry in Rock.

Excellent base in ideal location

This apartment is spacious, warm and comfortable, perfectly placed within a 5 minute walk to the beach and within easy reach of local shops, bays and the Padstow area. We were made to feel really welcome. Stayed over a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was lovely to stay in an apartment we wanted to come back to relax in. Thanks very much!

Great Holiday Venue

We were made very welcome by the owners; the accommodation was fantastic and we had a great holiday. Property was exactly as advertised. Beach was a true 200 metres from the property as is the coastal path. Location is ideal, out of the big centres but close to lots of attractions north and south. Flat was clean and had all the normal facilities one could expect. Would return if holidaying in this area.

The Perfect Place to Stay for a Holiday in Cornwall

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious apartment. Everything was perfect, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and in a great position. We were met by Martin, who was very friendly and informative. Very quiet and peaceful, and a lovely comfortable bed, so we slept very well. The beautiful beach, and a lovely cliff top walk, is a five minute walk via a footpath from the apartment building. The apartment is in a great position for exploring the surrounding area, which is a lovely part of Cornwall. We are very happy that we have found the perfect place to stay whenever we return to Cornwall.

Relaxing break

Stayed in apartment 5 with a friend for 4 nights in early April. Apartment was clean and it was really lovely to have 2 en-suite bath/shower rooms. There was a slight mix up with the bed configuration on arrival, but this was quickly & painlessly remedied by Martin. There are plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Tea towels, wash up cloths, liquid and dishwasher tablets supplied, which was really useful. Plenty of hot water and heating from storage heater made the cooler evenings very cosy. We were very lucky with the weather, which always helps! Short walk to the great beach at Harlyn, and good base to explore north Cornwall coastline. Had a great break!

Excellent Holiday Accommodation

My wife and I have stayed at the apartments before and we keep coming back. The apartments are always very clean and tidy. Martin and Debbie are always very welcoming. The apartments are situated in an ideal position for the beach and all the other local beaches. Yor within walking distance to the Harlyn bay pub if you to have a drink out socially and not drive. We will definitely be going again.
