Bright, clean, and comfortable in a very good location in Otranto

The apartment is very clean, spacious, and bright and the location is perfect as it is a very short walk to the center of town and to the lovely beach. Also in a short walk there are a variety of shops for food, clothing and other needs. The owner of the apartment was very good about communicating our arrival plans and addressing any concerns we had about our stay. We were welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff and also met the owner. In the apartment there were plenty of storage units and comfortable sleeping and seating arrangements and a good supplies in the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony. We would like to return for a longer stay.

La struttura è nuova e si presenta in ottimo stato, situata in una zona che consente di raggiungere facilmente mare e centro , i proprietari sono stati molto gentili ed estremamente disponibili ; ci torneremo sicuramente! Vivamente consigliato !

Appartement de qualité

L'appartement se situe dans une très belle résidente récente. Il est décoré avec gout et composé de meuble de qualité, très contemporain. Sa situation est idéal, au centre d'otranto (plages commerces ... à peu de temps) mais au calme car donnant sur une jolie pinède. La propriétaire Anna Lisa nous accueilli avec gentillesse le jour de notre arrivé et nous a donné le maximum d'information dont nous avions besoin. Elle a été aussi très réactive à nos moindre demande. Merci à vous Anna Lisa et Maria Chiara. A presto.

Beautiful apartment with a great location!

New, clean very nice apartment with enough space for four people. Quiet, perfect location near the centre of Otranto. Close to shops and Supermarket. The owner Maria was very welcoming and helpful with tips on things to do and see around the area. We would love to come back! // Katarina & Tomas (with two teenagers)

Una splendida location in un posto splendido

Siamo subito stati piacevolmente accolti dalla titolare. Tutto in ordine come indicato nella proposta. Alloggio arredato con grande cura dei particolari, molto pulito. Servizio al top. Ho provato diversi ristoranti tra cui "IL BAFFO" che ho trovato molto buono. Nei dintorni ci sono molte situazioni da vedere, molte spiagge e Lecce è decisamente vicina. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di informazioni la titolare si è subito attivata per fornirci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente magari a settembre e ottobre. Ottima scelta!

Una coppia cordiale e curiosa: hanno chiesto informazioni sulle tradizioni del luogo ed hanno voluto conoscere le peculiarità culturali della zona sono stati attratti dalle spiagge vicine più selvagge in sintonia con la loro raffinata educazione. Sono stati ineccepibili nel comportamento ed hanno lasciato l'appartamento in grande ordine è stato un vero piacere ospitarli e mi auguro che tornino al più presto nella nostra struttura.

Appartamento arredato con cura. Bel terrazzo per mangiare. Ottima posizione. Negozi validi nelle vicinanze. Perfetto punto di appoggio per partire alla scoperta del Salento. I titolari gentili e accoglienti...lo consiglio.

SPLENDIDO SOGGIORNO NELL’APPARTAMENTO BAIA DI ORTE DI MARIMARS APARTMENTS DI OTRANTO DOTATO DI OGNI CONFORT (WI-FI, CONDIZIONATORI, BIANCHERIA, CUCINA COMPLETA DI TUTTO E TANTO ALTRO). ESTREMAMENTE RAFFINATO E REALIZZATO CON MATERIALI PREGIATI, L’APPARTAMENTO E’ SITUATO A POCA DISTANZA DAL MARE E DAL CENTRO STORICO DI OTRANTO MA E' COLLOCATO IN MODO TALE DA POTER GODERE DEL SILENZIO E DEL MERAVIGLIOSO PAESAGGIO CIRCOSTANTE CARATTERIZZATO DALLE GROTTE IPOGEE NONCHE’ DA UNA PINETA PRIVATA ATTREZZATA SU CUI L’APPART. AFFACCIA. UN RINGRAZIAMENTO PARTICOLARE ALLA PROPRIETARIA CHE CI HA RISERVATO UN’OTTIMA ACCOGLIENZA.
