Trevarrack Row is a light and deceptively spacious family home which is presented and furnished to a high standard.Deceptively spacious, beautifully presented and furnished, 2 Trevarrack Row is a Victorian mid-terraced house in a small village just outside Penzance. It is located on a quiet residential street within walking distance of both the historic Cornish town of Penzance and the quiet and pretty village of Gulval. The property is ideally located for access to the A30 and all that West Cornwall has to offer. Penzance is a bustling coastal town packed full of history, with a Promenade, Penlee Park, Morrab Tropical Gardens, a leisure centre, plenty of shops, supermarkets, cinema and newly refurbished Victorian open air lido. Within a 20 minute drive are the stunning beaches of Sennen Cove, Porthcurno and Praa Sands, picturesque Mousehole and the fishing harbour at Newlyn are 10 minutes drive, historic St Ives 30 minutes and Truro only 40 minutes, making this a perfect base for exploring! The main village of Gulval is just a short walk up a footpath to the left of the house; it is a quiet and very pretty village with church, a lovely pub and beautiful views over Mounts Bay.

Accommodation
Small entrance hallway with space for shoes, boots and hanging coats, inner hallway door leads into a bright and spacious sitting room. The sitting room has plenty of comfortable seating for 4 people, wood burner, built in cupboards housing a selection of games and local information. Sky TV, DVD player and wifi broadband are all available. There is a lovely window seat to the front and wooden floors throughout the ground floor. The sitting room leads into a beautifully presented kitchen with dining area to the left and kitchen area to the right. The kitchen is fully equipped with slimline dishwasher, single oven with electric induction hob, large fridge with small freezer compartment. To the back of the dining area are doors leading out to the small east facing private patio area, suitable for a BBQ after a long day on the beach!
On the first floor are two good sized bedrooms, the master bedroom is at the front of the house with large windows with views over the village and out to the fields beyond, white metal king size bed and plenty of storage space. There is a second twin bedroom with two single metal framed beds and storage space. At the back of the house is a good sized family bathroom with large power shower and separate small bath (ideal for bathing children!), double sink and cupboard housing washing machine.
To the front of the property is a small front garden with bench, established flower bed and lovely pots. There is also a separate garden opposite the house with parking space in front. The garden is ideal for relaxing in with a glass of wine after a busy day’s exploring!
Facilities and Services
The house is fully cleaned before your arrival and all bed linen, towels (including beach towels) and the final laundry are included in the price. Wifi broadband is available.

Allocated parking space, garden table, chairs & BBQ. 2 Trevarrack Row is in a great location and would make an ideal base for both families and couples alike. Village shop and pub walking distance, Larger supermarket and beach (Long Rock) also walking distance. Arrival / Departure: Saturday. One well behaved dog welcome.

Excellent Property
A very well equipped cottage with all necessities thought of. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. Spotless throughout and good quality bed linen and towels. Beautiful garden and plants The only negative is the position. Gulval is a nice village but the outlook from the cottage isn’t particularly good and to access any towns and resorts driving is essential

Relaxing Stay
Quaint little cottage in a nice area. Although its hidden away a little, its really nice and the neighbours are lovely. The cottage is fully equipped which made our stay perfect. Great shower too with high power. The cottage is in walking distance of a local pub that serves good food and drink. It is also walkable to the superb Longrock beach.

Excellent Cornwall Holiday
The cottage was in a lovely, quiet location, clean and beautifully presented, and well equipped. Being close to a supermarket and Penzance centre was great for essentials, and also made a great starting point for our trips in every direction. All in all, an excellent holiday in Cornwall. The property was outstanding. It was very homely and had everything you need. The property was beautifully decorated and located in a lovely rural area in Cornwall and well situated for those wishing to travel around Cornwall.

Peaceful village retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this pretty little cottage. It was just the right size for four adults, it had a very homely feel and had everything needed for a relaxing holiday in a quiet location. It was great to have a car park space close to the cottage . Even beach towels were provided! It was a 5 minute walk to Tesco’s and 15 minutes into Penzance town itself. Nearby we visited Mousehole, a picturesque village with a pretty harbour and various gift shops, pubs, delicatessens and cafés. We would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone considering a holiday near Penzance.
