This large, beautiful and luxurious property enjoys a magnificent elevated position, with spectacular views overlooking the sea at Gigaro, the Isles de Levant, the neighbouring vineyards and the hills. In fact the area is officially designated as a "Site Remarquable" and remarkable it is, as an official site of outstanding beauty.



The 750 m² property is set in 10 hectares of attractive gardens and woodlands. It is totally secluded, the nearest house being over 200 metres away, and south facing with a 50m front and 80m back garden, the centre piece of which is a 16 x 8m covered pool (heated) surrounded by a tiled terrace and palm trees. The interiors of the house have been decorated and furnished in a very understated, yet very stylish and welcoming way. A feeling of space and light prevails throughout.



Amenities include a tennis court, a ping pong table, an air hockey table, large boules pitch, air-conditioning throughout, Internet WiFi access, Wii with many games, Sky satellite TV, a summer kitchen with a BBQ, and all 7 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Helicopter access from Nice can be arranged on request.
