Villa of 250 m² on a plot of 750 m²; built in a single plane so all its accesses lack stairs; its design and distribution make this house an ideal place to enjoy

It has large spaces and terraces to contemplate and enjoy nature (in addition to a large living room with kitchen and barbecue, next to the pool to feed and share good times). Although it is part of a small private urbanization in the middle of the countryside, it has a lot of privacy and independence. It is located in the Axarquia Malagueña, one of the most beautiful areas of Málaga, 700 m. of the town and the reservoir of Viñuela (where there are all the typical services of a town, besides having a regional health center); 500 m. of the Don Manuel Bridge, (tourist village of Axarquia where there are restaurants, grills, bars, pub and all kinds of services for leisure and entertainment); 15 km from Vélez Malaga,
which is the capital of the region of the Axarquia Malagueña, (famous region for its subtropical climate and beauty, where mangos, avocados, chirimollas and all kinds of tropical fruits are produced); 18 km away there is the beach of Torre del Mar (15 minutes by car); beautiful place where in addition to enjoying its beautiful beaches of black sand, we can eat and taste the best pescaito de Malaga (from the port of La Caleta de Velez) in its innumerable, chiringuitos, restaurants and seafood restaurants; and 48 km from Málaga (la bella).
