The Hedgerow Hut is a gorgeous, designer built, self contained cabin, with unhindered views of The Preseli Hills in Pembrokeshire's Coast National Park. Located right at the field side, so you can enjoy watching foxes, badgers, red kites, buzzards, the hay making or even sheep!
This is a perfect getaway for two, imagine retreating for a romantic few days, the smell of the bbq, a gentle stroll up a nearby hill, or shoes off on the beach as the tide comes in. Hedgerow Hut is open plan, with an adventurous double bed on a deck, accessed by ladder, where you can view the world through the glass front of the cabin. The deck also rises to make even more room. Two sofas convert to beds if you don't feel so nimble, or if 3 or 4 of you share the cabin. There is a well equipped decent size kitchen area and a BBQ is available. The shower/toilet is a separate en-suite design. - (it will sleep four at a push, but you want really good weather and harmonious, easy going friends for that!!)
As well as inside seats, there is ample outside seating, to enjoy that evening glass of wine, or even the morning cuppa. A very quiet hideaway to do absolutely nothing, or fully explore the natural beauty of our coastline, hills or the neolithic heritage of the blue stones. Come, unwind and be refreshed, soak in the views of the highest point in the Preseli Hills from your chair or even from bed!!

Absolutely beautiful for a getaway over Christmas break
Could not fault at all
Owner/management was great
Beautiful scenery daily even weather was not the best
Lovely local village
Hot tub was definitely what we needed to wind down
Definitely be going back
Lovely garden patio. Hut was clean, but pretty small with some limitations on storing clothes. Excellent shower and comfy bed, but very uncomfortable sofas.

Thanks for your comments Huw, pity you hadn’t mention seats early in the week to give us an opportunity to do something. But glad you enjoyed overall. All these comment s are useful and help us to make Hedgerow Hut even better

Stayed here for a few nights with my teenage son. Lovely hosts with good knowledge of the area. Hut had great views and was warm and cozy and the hot tub was fab. We enjoyed cycling around the local reservoir which had mountain bike trails if you fancied testing your skills. Also enjoyed a trip to Newport beach and Fishguard. Cafe in the village is highly recommended. A really nice setting for our short break.
We cannot find a single fault or recommendation for this place. We go on lots of hot tub breaks around the UK and this is up there top of the list! This tiny house is exactly that, it has everything you need for your home comforts carefully and cleverly crafted into a small space. If you are a large person or have mobility issues it probably wouldn't suit you but we LOVED it! The view from the hot tub is to die for and the location is pure peace yet only half an hour from the most stunning coastline! The owners are absolutely lovely and give you everything you need whilst leaving you to it . We will definitely be back, thank you,

Thank you for the review - we really enjoy trying to give you the best holiday/break we can - so glad you enjoyed
Quite far from us, and only for two nights, but based on reviews we decided to go.
And we are very happy for our decision.
Very nice place, jacuzzi waiting for us upon request nice and hot, views from the little garden are fantastic, we were lucky enough to have beautiful clear skies on the first night.
Bed is very comfortable but be aware, is a bed you need to climb on using a ladder , I'm 6 foot 2 and 19 stones and I managed just fine, but if you're bigger than that, might need to sleep on the underneath bed.
Kitchen equipped with basic but enough, and finally, Steve was very welcoming, very informative and helpful.
Great central location with plenty of local amenities. Recommend the cafe, great breakfast! Hosts were superb on local knowledge and gave us plenty of ideas on places to visit! Favourite was Pembroke castle! Recommend the guided tour! Was good to get back and warm up in the hot tub as quite a chilly time of year! Great getaway!
Beautiful stay in an immaculately clean well planned out hut.
We had everything we needed and couldn’t of asked for more.
Highly recommend a stay here so peaceful, beautiful views and very comfortable.
Couldn’t have been a better holiday!
Friendly welcome by Steve, lovely, well equipped and clean place, the hot tub is a perfect finishing touch to admire the gorgeous views, will definitely be back😊

Really glad you enjoyed - we love making it all work for you
It was perfect, as soon as we arrived we felt at home and welcomed and seeing the night sky while sitting in a hot tub made the experience even better, it’s in a brilliant location not far from hidden walks such as rosebush quarry. I would definitely be staying again!

Thank you Lewis, great having you - you haven't even scratched the surface of Pembrokeshire yet!
Hedgerow Hut is a hidden gem. The views of the Presili Hills were beautiful and the sunsets amazing.
Hedgerow Hut is a great place to stay and enjoy the countryside and peace and quiet. The hut is warm and comfortable with a quirky feel to it. We loved it! The views are beautiful and the arrival of a hot tub was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely place to stay and explore Pembrokeshire. Very clean and tidy. The outside space is really nice to enjoy the view.

About the host
Hosted by Elfrys or Steve Blunt
Brynhaul is where Elfrys was born, we have lived here since just after we married, we love the place and the area. Steve designed and built Hedgerow Hut with the purpose of sharing this amazing area with folk like you!
Why they chose this property
It took time to realise that Pembrokeshire is an awesome county, however we are 20 minutes from the 3 stunning coastlines, with some of the worlds top 10 beaches nearby. We are on the edge of the National Park, there is ancient heritage that goes back to the time of Stonehenge, food that could turn you into addict, views, sunsets, seascapes and beauty to fill any camera's sim card. You simply cannot explore all we have to offer, even if you stay for a year!!
What makes this property unique
Light the BBQ, take a walk around the fields while it gets to temperature, smell the hay being cut, see and smell the blackthorn or gorse flowers as they come out. Come back to a glass of wine and watch the sun go down over the Preseli Hills - you write your story!
