A charming 16th century thatched holiday cottage situated on the outskirts of Pulham Market and only 10 minutes drive to Diss and 25 minute drive to Norwich. The cottage is a superb base to explore both Norfolk and Suffolk. The cottage is full of character and charm with exposed beams everywhere and a lovely inglenook fireplace in the lounge to snuggle up in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped for your needs having a Belfast sink, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, microwave etc., and there is also a small dining area in the kitchen in addition to the main dining room. The bathroom is situated on the ground floor and there is also a separate cloakroom. A charming cottage staircase leads up to 3 bedrooms, which consist of 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. The single bedroom is accessed through one of the double bedrooms. There is a large shingle driveway which can accommodate several cars..
Please note that the cottage was built in the 16th century so has low ceilings and one of the bedroom floors has a slight incline.
