About this property

Located in one of the most beautiful areas in Denia we find this amazing villa vith sea views and just 7.5 from the beach.
The two floor house is located in a residential complex, very quiet and away from the bustle in the summer. The plot has 930 m² and the house 340 m².
According to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1 to October 15
The diverses terraces makes that the house has shade and sunshine areas. The big swimming pool, 4mx11m, is just in front the main terrace where to enjoy perfect dinners with wonderful views.
At the ground floor we find a big living room with 4.5m high ceiling. The open kitchen has a dinning table and all the amenities you need to cook like oven, dishwasher machine, coffe machine, ceramic hob, toaster...
At the ground floor we also find two bedrooms with air conditioner. The main bedroom has a suite bathroom with bathtube and shower.
The second double bedroom has a bathroom just in front of it with shower.
The third bedroom is located in the first floor and is accessed from the outside. It has a bathroom with shower and a terrace with south orientation. This third bedroom is just availlable for 6 people otherwise it will remain closed.
The house has washmachine available and also intenet.
Pets not allowed.
The supermarkets are 4km away like restaurants. The city centre just 5km from the house.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
