Newly built villa with large outdoor spaces, inserted in the Mediterranean scrub, and set in the typical red color of granite stones. Spacious and functional four-room apartment, equipped with kitchenette, microwave oven, satellite TV, two bathrooms (both with shower and bidet), washing machine, outdoor shower, barbecue and private parking space.
Costa Paradiso is a very particular and sought after tourist resort, with beautiful views of the sea, with a rocky profile and beautiful colors that can only be seen here. Close to all services, located halfway between two centers, in the sea area which is about 300m away (from the bay).

great, great view!

The place was very clean, silent, spacious and the view was extraordinary. Totally recommend! We relaxed and enjoyed the sunset every evening, the stars, the silence and the view on the windy ocean.

Hübsches Haus in Costa Paradiso

Wir hatten ganz schöne Traumhafte Ferien im schönen Haus von Signora Annura. Sie war jederzeit zur Verfügung und sehr aufmerksam. Wir konnten alles fragen. Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich schön...jeden Abend bestaunten wir den Sonnenuntergang am Horizont. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 4 kinder und hatten alle bequem platz. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir danken nochmals ganz herzlich.

Sie werden immer herzlich willkommen sein!... und es war eine Freude fur mir , Sie kennenzulernen! Ci sono persone con le quali si instaura da subito una simpatia "a pelle", inspiegabile, e con le quali è talmente piacevole parlare che si trascorrerebbero ore interminabili. E' quello che è successo con questa adorabile famiglia, dai simpaticissimi ragazzi, stupendi ed educatissimi . Avevo la sensazione che ci conoscessimo da sempre e che parlassi con degli amici e non con persone appena incontrate! Per questo mi piacerebbe continuare ad avere con loro rapporti amichevoli, anche oltre la loro vacanza, e che avessero piacere di ritornare da noi! Io (..e la fauna "locale".. ;-D ) Vi aspettiamo a braccia aperte!!! Patrizia Nurra
