Kastela is a series of seven towns in central Dalmatia, located northwest of Split and east of Trogir, in Croatia. The location is great since Kastela are situated very close to ancient Trogir (2-15 km), the same distance is from Split, only 10 km from Split Airport, only 5 km from highway Zagreb-Split ... Kastela are also close to National Park Krka (60 km). Beaches in Kastela are concrete, pebble, with sandy areas in the water. The Kastela region with its Mediterranean tone, picturesque landscape and unique composition of natural beauty attracted people since prehistoric times.

Great welcome and apartment!

We were met by hostess, who already was expecting us at a window as we arrived. After parking the car near small fishing boats and taking luggage in, we were treated with tasty soup, buffet and home made red wine. Well you can't get such welcome in any hotel ☺. Nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you for the information on concert in neighboring town. I enjoyed it very much!

Amazing location, property and host.

The host was so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for her. The location is in a stunning local Croatian village which has so much history and culture. The beach was literally a stones throw away with lots of shaded areas if needed, with our favorite area being outside the local restaurant. The price for food and drink, within walking distance, were a fraction of the price compared to split town. Split and Togir were so easy to get to via the number 37 bus, which came every 20 mins and could easily have been used to get from the airport, We were a group of 5 with 3 being under 22yrs, they all loved the accommodation and location as it had something for all ages. We did not need to hire a car but chose to explore further afield including the dragons eye, which if you like jumping off cliffs is a must, and kayaking in Omis was a great experience as you start on a river and end up in the sea snorkeling over a ship wreck. We would have given the host more stars if possible as she was so helpful. We will hopefully be back next year.

Sehr zufrieden

Sehr schöne, moderne und sehr saubere Wohnung. Viel Platz für eine Familie und sehr herzliche Vermieter, die uns mit Essen und Wein versorgt haben. Lage ist mitten im authentischen Fischerdorf. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Strand neu mit kleinem Kieselsand aufgefüllt. Ruhige Bucht, ideal für Kinder. Manchmal abends/nachts etwas laut durch feiernde Menschen in den Bars. War ca. drei Mal, während zwei Wochen, so laut, dass wir mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Klimaanlage schlafen mussten.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist wiklich gut und modern eingerichtet, weil wir die beste Bedienung anbieten möchten! Manchmal die Leute können sehr laut sein, wenn Sie in den Bars Wein und Bier trinken und wir hoffen, dass Sie schlafen konnten. Es ist möglich, dass wir eine Sportveranstaltung haben. Dann feuern wir unsere Manschaften so laut wie möglich an. Auf jedem Fall sind wir begeistert, weil sie eine tolle Urlaub bei uns verbracht hanen. Herzliche Grüße aus Kroatien! Great stay!

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also very well situated in relation to the sea and the local town. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach in two minutes and also being so close to the bus running regularly between Trogir and Split. The owner lived just below and was very helpful throughout the week - we definitely felt she was looking out for us and would help us with anything we needed.

Apartment is very nice...The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the location of the apartment in the village. You can make great walks along the beach. We recommend the place strongly.
