Accommodating up to ten guests in five elegantly appointed ensuite bedrooms, with space for two additional guests if needed, the villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and convenience.


The villas standout features include a stunning 250 sqm swimming pool with gazebos, an industrial-grade professional kitchen with a dedicated dining area, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Perfect location for all ages

Tolle Villa in mäßig attraktiver Umgebung

Das Haus war exzellent und sehr großzügig und top ausgestattet, leider hatten wir eine ziemlich windige Woche erwischt, daher war Baden im Meer fast nie möglich. Das Servicepersonal war top und alles sehr sauber gehalten. In der Umgebung gibt es leider kaum niveauvolle Gastronomie. Das Conciergeservice hat sehr gut bei diversen Ausflügen und Restaurantreservierungen geklappt.

Amazing place- hope to return one day

The property exceeded my expectations. It was gorgeous, clean and a wonderful place for two families to holiday together. The Pool was a personal favorite, but the cooks of the family loved the incredible industrial kitchen. They even played around with the frier! When we asked if there were yoga mats, 4 arrived the next day for our family work our sessions! They were incredibly responsive to any requests. Thank you!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Kreta und werden sicher wieder kommen. Das Haus direkt am Meer war für uns und die Kinder vom ersten Tag ein Traum zum Urlaubmachen. Wir genossen das Meer und den Pool jeden Tag. Die Liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden und sehr bequem. Die Zimmer und Wohnzimmer sind Top ausgestattet, gepflegt und sehr gemütlich, sowie die ganze Anlage. Der Service der Agentur, sowie dem Housekeeping vor Ort, war jederzeit sehr gut, freundlich und aufmerksam, aber nicht aufsringlich. Alle Wünsche wurden uns umgehend erfüllt. Vielen Dank an Team und wahrscheinlich bus nächstes Jahr

Villa “Heaven”

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in the world. The caretaker that’s there every day is amazing. She makes the villa a really special place. Every single detail was attended to. The kitchen dining area is magnificent. The house with the two bedrooms incredible the big house with the three bedrooms even more amazing. The Villa needs to be renamed having. The owners were there every day cleaning the pool making sure Everything was in perfect order. They brought my wife a birthday cake. The owners brought us the most amazing ice cream sticks and ice cream cones that were the best we’ve ever had and put them in the freezer for us. Every single need was attended to perfectly and we look forward to coming again one day.

Amazing !!!

The photos we saw when we booked this looked really good and they don’t do the property justice, this is one of the most incredible villa’s we have stayed in . There were two families with 4 children between the ages of 8 and 16 and between the pool, the beach, the amount of space to run around, ping ping, PlayStation etc there was plenty to keep them occupied while we adults were able to relax. There also p,enty of room to find your own relaxing space in the sun and in the shade (the cabana’s are great for napping) , you can also come together under the gazebo to eat and hang out aswell. The housekeeper is amazing, she makes the best home baked goodies for breakfast and worked around our schedule to clean the bedrooms. The concierge service helped us arrange a personal chef one night and at the last minute arranged a minivan tour of Knossos and Heraklion aswell as great restaurant recommendations. There is a village walking distance if you want to eat out or buy groceries but they will help you with all of that as well. Normally at the end of a vacation I cannot wait to go home , this time I really wanted to stay. This is a fabulous villa for downtime, relaxing, and unwinding. I cannot say enough about it, we will be back, we loved it.

Incredible holiday to celebrate a 70th birthday

We had such an incredible holiday at Villa Paralia. We were so impressed with the customer service we received, right from the moment we made our booking. The information we received about the villa before arrival was so useful to plan our holiday, and being able to have a grocery shop already in the fridge when we arrived was such a great service. The Etouri team helped us hire cars, organise transfers and advised us on local places to eat etc. Both Etouri and the villa owner made us feel so welcome and were open to us contacting them with any questions . The daily housekeeping service was amazing too, even providing us with homemade treats for breakfast. It was totally unobtrusive and we felt very well looked after. The villa itself was perfect for us. The two bedroom buildings meant we could spread out and have space to ourselves. We were an extended family of 6 adults and 2 children and the space worked perfectly, with room for more. The beach was just in front of the villa with it's own sunbeds. The sea was clear and wonderful to swim in. The pool was fantastic and there was so much outside space for the children (and adults!) to play in. Overall I can totally recommend the villa and the booking process. I would book again without hesitation. Thank you to Kostas and his team, and the owners of the villa for such an unforgettable holiday.

Amazing expérience. We were 12 friends in the résidence for one week. The House was wonderful as expected : confortable, huge pool, amazing kitchen. We did not regret our choice. We were also very pleased by the kindness, professionalism and reactivity of the hosting team which contributes to ease our holiday (they organized for us massages, private chef dinner and beach day at Baja beach club). Amazing beyond expecations! World class property!

When we booked our stay at the Paralia Villa, we knew it would be nice, but had no idea how nice till we walked in. It was so nice, that it made leaving the villa to do any sightseeing of the island very difficult everyday! It far exceeded our expectations and is hands down the nicest property we have stayed at in the last 10 years of booking vacation homes online. This unique and beautiful estate is located directly on the beach. Our family of 5 and my sister’s family of 5 got to be one of the first residents to experience Paralia. The way things were set up made it perfect for our 2 families to stay together, while maintaining our privacy and comfort. Each family stayed in one of the two beautifully decorated and designed residences on the property. The kitchenettes were very generously stocked with foods and beverages, in addition to everything we needed until we could get to the store. The centerpiece of the property is definitely the pool, which is simply magnificent, and designed in a way that is both practical and beautiful. Our teenaged daughters enjoyed sunbathing on the many loungers set around the pool and their little cousins could choose to swim in the shallow toddler pool or deeper area all while easily supervised from the many beautiful seating areas around the pool. Deciding between the pool or beach was as difficult as it got for us, as Natalia, the villa’s wonderful cleaning lady, showed up every morning to help take care of things. In the evenings, the kids loved kicking around the ball in the soccer area, playing table tennis, or using the bikes and helmets that were provided to explore the nearby quaint little town. We were so busy with the other activities we didn’t get a chance to enjoy Netflix, the provided Playstation or any of the card and boardgames provided. We enjoyed our meals in the very well designed and stocked kitchen/dining building. The two deep fryers and grill made for some wonderful meals. Natalia took care of the clean ups and laundry so that we could always get back to enjoying our vacation. The owner George and his nephew Yanis and the Etouri staff checked in on us everyday to make sure everything was perfect, and addressed any needs right away. Thanks for the homemade ice cream George! Our stay was beyond wonderful and guaranteed to remain one of the most memorable experiences we will have with our family. We will definitely be going back, and plan to stay even longer the next time we do!
