Het appartement was fantastisch. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Alleen telefonisch contact gehad met de gastvrouw, maar ging helemaal goed, ze sprak gelukkig Engels. Uitzicht vanuit het appartement was fantastisch!! Leuke midweek gehad, veel winkels in de buurt. Eigen parkeerplaats. Het is wel wat gehorig, buren hoor je wel af en toe.

Die häufigen Zahlungserinnerungen von Belvilla, selbst wenige Tage vor dem Fälligkeitstermin, empfand ich als aufdringlich und unangemessen. Wir hatten uns ausdrücklich für eine Anzahlung und die Restzahlung zu einem bestimmten Datum entschieden, daher erwartet man keine Mahnungen vor diesem Datum. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde ich gebeten, einen Zahlungsnachweis per E-Mail zu senden (was ziemlich seltsam ist, einen Zahlungsnachweis für etwas zu schicken, das man noch nicht bezahlt hat, während man gleichzeitig die Zahlungstermine selbst überprüfen lässt...).

We waren blij verrast toen we binnen kwamen. Heerlijk ruim en een prachtig uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. Ook het contact met de eigenaar ging zeer vlot en snel, er werd gelijk gereageerd. Ondanks de regen konden we genieten van het balkon omdat deze een afdak had. Ook was het huis heerlijk schoon. Omdat we met z'n tweetjes waren konden we kiezen welk bed het prettigste lag. Wat erg prettig was dat de ramen open konden op de slaapkamer en ondanks dat we aan de wegkant sliepen hadden we geen last van de auto's.

Het appartement La Terrasse du Lac is echt geweldig! Al meteen bij binnenkomst zie je het uitzicht op het Lac de Robertville. Het appartement is ruim, schoon, en de grote badkamer mét sauna maakt het kompleet. Vanaf het grote overdekte terras kun je genieten van het uitzicht, ‘of s avonds lekker borrelen. Heerlijk uit eten in Robertville, reserveer dan bij Auberge du Lac, 10 minuten lopen vanaf het appartement.

Het was een fijn appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Het balkon was lekker groot en de bedden waren fijn. Echter bij aankomst was de vaatwasser kapot en na melding werd hierop de hele week geen actie ondernomen. Verder stond in de beschrijving dat het geschikt is voor gezinnen met kinderen. Nu is het appartement daar inderdaad goed voor uitgerust echter binnen 30 minuten na aankomst stond er al een buurvrouw te klagen over het heen en weer lopen van de kinderen. Hierdoor waren we de rest van de vakantie vooral bezig om onze kinderen zo stil mogelijk te houden in het appartement. En dat is wel jammer voor de vakantie beleving.
