We’re glad the location, neighborhood pool, outdoor shower, bunk room, fully stocked kitchen, and our quick response on the elevator helped make your stay enjoyable. We’re sorry for the issues you encountered. Thank you for the detailed notes — we’ve reported the broken pull‑out couch and will repair or replace it. We’ve added clearly labeled extra sheets and blankets for the pull‑out and replaced the too‑small top‑floor sheets. Maintenance has secured the exterior staircase door and will inspect and repair the sliding door latches and any locks that weren’t functioning, including the upstairs bedroom and bathroom doors. Pest control has been scheduled after the cockroach report, and we’re doing a deep clean of the kitchen. Our HVAC vendor will inspect the top‑floor system to improve cooling, and the peeling blue chairs are on the list for repair or replacement. We appreciate that communicating with our team was easy. Thank you for the review and we are glad you "Loved the House". It sounds like you had max occupancy for the house and needed some more items - this is why we have a text dispatch system to take those requests and bring out any extra supplies you might have needed. The oven failed with the previous guest, we got appliance repair out right away and they ordered the part. Unfortunately in this day and age parts and supplies take awhile to receive, to make up for the oven we purchased two large Toaster ovens to help with the oven awaiting the part. The comment that the views will be gone is just not true - this faces the Gulf of Mexico and there is not a lot in the neighborhood between the house and the Gulf. Additionally, we cannot stop people from building homes and if you look around Navarre Beach there are over 20 homes under construction, it is the nature of the beast. Gulf Coast Getaways

This has all been repaired, completely redone. The pictures are accurate for 2023, several improvements made on the property.

I really do not understand a guest that would leave this type of review without ever communicating with us they had any issues. No communication, nothing said about any issues with this home. This usually indicates they were upset about something else, like the weather, which unfortunately was not great during their stay. The cable railing was installed brand new less than 2 years ago, if there is any loose wires we would immediately come out and tighten if reported or discovered by our team. There is no safety hazard. The couch cushions, dining room chairs were never reported as faulty by this guest or previous guest, of course we will remedy that situation and correct if that is truly the case. The property does not "smell like fish" that is just ridiculous, the trash cans by association rule have to be kept inside the garage and our emptied on the schedule provided by Waste Management. I would pretty much disregard this review except for "Property was nice!" Gulf Coast Getaways
