A bright and cozy 62 m² apartment with a private 60 m² terrace in the heart of Masnou – just a 5-minute walk from Ocata Beach and 17 km from Barcelona. Located on a quiet pedestrian street with a children's playground, it’s ideal for families and pet lovers: a pet-friendly beach is just a short walk away, perfect for a swim with your furry friend.
The house has step-free access from the street (stairs are only needed to reach the terrace). Built in 2010 and fully renovated in 2024, it offers natural light throughout the day, air conditioning, heating, a Smart TV with satellite channels, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
