My house in Uzès, near the Haras with swimming pool

Our house is welcoming, relaxing, with a lot of charm. It is comfortable and well equipped.

It is designed for outdoor living, a bit of a tavern and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children.

Located opposite the National Stud, 3 minutes by car from downtown Uzès and 15 minutes on foot.





House side:

It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets.



Ground floor :

1 bedroom with a large 180x200 bed with large closet and TV. Pool view.

1 bedroom with 90x200 bunk bed for children only. Pool view.

A bathroom with shower and separate WC.

Open kitchen, fully equipped, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, steamer, rice cooker,…

The living / dining room is spacious, bright and overlooks the large covered terrace overlooking the garden with views of the swimming pool.

Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and freezer.



Upstairs - Spiral staircase:

2 bedrooms with double bed 140x190, a bathroom with Italian shower and separate WC.



Garden side :

Nice swimming pool of 8mx4m, 1. 30m of water with beach + alarm.

The swimming pool is surrounded by olive trees in an enclosed garden of over 2000 m2 closed by an automatic gate.

Recently under construction ... We are waiting for the green grass around the pool!

A very charming 35m2 kiosk facing the swimming pool is a real summer room with a living and dining area.

For your comfort, the summer kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a fryer, a Weber 3-burner barbecue with its pizza pan, as well as a plancha.

Outdoor WC and private parking for 3 cars.

The National Stud and Bowling / Laser Game.



Very close by car: Supermarket, organic grocery, pharmacy, bakery, fruit and vegetables, tobacconist, tobacconist, ... and the city center of Uzès at 2kms.



Enjoy your vacation and immerse yourself in the Uzetian atmosphere, discover the charm of UZES.

Go to the market on Saturday morning or Wednesday morning (4th in the “Most beautiful markets in France”), the night markets, discover our producers, our wine-growers and our craftsmen… and our beautiful and good restaurants.

The Haribo Museum,… finally, only good addresses that I would send you with great pleasure upon your arrival.

Walk, hike and picnic in the Eure valley in the shade of large trees by the river with the swans.

Discover the charming villages and surrounding towns like Saint-Quentin-La-Poterie village of ceramists, Lussan, Castillon du Gard…

Take a dip in the Gardon (canoeing, climbing, swimming, walking, etc.) and in Roman history with a visit to the Pont du Gard site.



Make a stopover in Avignon 38kms (Palace of the Popes, the Pont d'Avignon, the city center…), Nîmes 25kms (Maison carré, Carré d'art, Jardins de la fontaine, arènes…), Anduze 43kms (La Bambouseraie), Aigues-Mortes 66kms (Fortified town, the salt flats, the Camargue,…), and the beaches (84 kms).
