Beautiful Roman Rooftop Apartment

Fabulously appointed private residence leased out short term to carefully vetted clients. Two beautiful balconies with historic views from which to look out over the Eternal City whilst enjoying a morning espresso or a late afternoon Aperol Spritz. The living area and master have a marvelously appointed libraries with magnificent art work throughout. The property managers are ever available by cell and most helpful. Must note, you will get your exercise by climbing the 5 flights of stairs!

It’s old and run down

This apartment is old and rundown. I’m sure it is sentimental to the family, but should not be let as a place to stay. The air conditioner in the living room didn’t work very well, and the one in the bedroom was freezing, with no remote. The second bedroom had no air-conditioning at all just a fan. Every day We had to take freezing cold showers because there was very minimal hot water. Even the tea pot had melted handles, On the stove is so old you need to often light it with a match. The terraces could be lovely but they’re dirty, without even the floors being hosed off, and the furniture is old, Dirty and stained. The bed linens are old as well and very few of them.

Elegant Penthouse near the Campo

My sister and I spent a delightful vacation in this classy penthouse with two terraces in early December. Roses were still blooming on one of the terraces. The location, the sunny rooftop views, the refined elegance of the furnishings -- we loved it all. The folks at the agency Wander who manage the apartment went out of their way to help us. Grazie tante for a dream vacation!

Beautiful flat in central location

This is a perfect place to enjoy a summer Roman holiday. It has two balconies, plenty of space, and is very centrally located to all the major sites. The Campo de Fiori is a great location for families, with restaurants, street performers and artists every evening. Not too loud, either! The flat is on the top floor, with no lift, so make sure stairs are ok with your family. It meant the kids could eat extra gelato!

Staying here added so much to our fantastic Roman holiday. The apartment is perfectly layed out and beautifully appointed. Two terraces offering the best of what it's like to live in Rome. Be ready for 80+ steps to the top floor of the building. Good way to work off all delicious food just steps away. The place was immaculate but in need of fresh coat of paint and refurbishing of floors. We'd not hesitate going back regardless.
