Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. It’s what you make it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Planning a large family vacation with 17 people, we knew we needed space. This cabin definitely delivered! Everyone was comfortable with enough beds, rooms to spread out and activities to keep us busy. Our family was so ready to explore the cabin and relax after a 10+ hour drive. Unfortunately we could not. Our cabin needed cleaning, the bedding needed washing, the floors needed sweeping. Finding half eaten lunchables in bedroom drawers, dirt and dust bunnies anytime a chair was moved, not able to put our bare feet on the floor was not ideal. But we came prepared and got to work. The pool water level was low and maintenance had to come out twice a day to maintain water level and pool pumps, which meant no water pressure for house- no baths and no washing clothes during this time. We knew that our vacation was what we could make it. We called to report the problem and were asked to sent pictures. We did. We became friends with the maintenance crew. They were so friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we never had a cleaning crew come in and just did the best we could while still enjoying ourselves. Overall, I would say the cabin was spacious and perfect location from either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The maintenance and upkeep is definitely lacking and neglect is starting to show. If you’re a person who goes around with black lights and rubber gloves, you may want to stay somewhere else. But if you’re someone who travels with cleaning supplies anyway, you’re all set. Keep the office number saved and make friends with whoever shows up! I hope the time and attention from property management becomes priority for this wonderful place. It needs Iit.

Having enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy time together is so important, and we are happy that aspect of your stay worked well — especially being conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. That said, we are very sorry for the condition of the cabin upon your arrival. What you described — unwashed bedding, debris on the floors, and leftover food in drawers — is unacceptable and not the standard we expect to deliver. After a 10+ hour drive, you should have been able to immediately relax, not start cleaning. We sincerely apologize that this was your experience. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the pool water level issues and the resulting interruptions to water pressure in the home. While we are grateful to hear our maintenance team was friendly and responsive, the repeated disruptions and lack of follow-through with housekeeping should not have happened. We appreciate you sending photos and communicating with us, and we are reviewing this internally to ensure stronger oversight and accountability. Your feedback about upkeep and preventative maintenance is taken seriously. This cabin has so much potential, and we agree — it deserves consistent care and attention to match the wonderful memories families like yours are trying to create. Great Time Snowed In

Company did amazing job plowing and salting our entrance and winding road to the property which was greatly appreciated. Only had a few issues with freezing water pipes, heated pool and working the gas powered cooking stations outside, but all in all we had a great time!

Mtn mansion

The view was pretty but it was a little pricey for what it is. The heated pool was why we booked and invited family for the stay. Whatever kept the pool hot kicked the bucket and we had a freezing cold pool for the kids to enjoy for about 5 mins due to how cold it was. We planned on staying and letting the kids enjoy the amenities but nothing seemed to be working. Pool table was off along with the game machine not working. Definitely a bummer for the price tag

Secluded location with an awesome view

We had a great week at this place with extended family. It’s secluded and you really don’t have to leave once you are there. Plenty of space for the family to gather and plenty of room to spread out. The pool and fire pit area were heavily used the whole week, and there is an awesome view of the mountains we couldn’t get enough of. We even had a few visits from a black bear. Two minor dings - they weren’t ready to check us in at 3 on the day of arrival. - they need to do a better job of cleaning the place between guests. Several places need some extra attention, nothing that was a mood killer, just clearly haven’t been cleaned in awhile.

Graduation Family Trip

The property was very nice, you are in the middle of nowhere, so if you were loud, it's not a problem. I loved that the pool house is separated from the house. We also had a visitor (a bear), I wish I could attach the video. We were sitting on the back porch and when we saw it. We took video inside the house through the window. The only minor thing was, the cabin could have a little cleaner. There were flies in the master bedroom in the tub. Also the driveway to get to the gate is like a roller coaster. I would rent again though.

Tired Mansion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin is old and tired. I imagine was nice back in the day but needs renovated. Only one room with its own bathroom. Mold in the showers, cabinet paint all chipped up, very dated and not well maintained. Found a cockroach - which I had to hide from the kids or we would have left that day.. maintenance had to come fix the gate, but unfortunately, it still did not work properly. Driveway was crazy. We had a great trip, but the house needs updated.

July family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Web site pictures were deceiving and need to be updated as to how the property actually is. Updating of two of the shared bathrooms upstairs and master bathroom needed as well as bed comforters. Outdoor patio chairs needed to be replaced and outdoor weeding round the house was needed. Outdoor fountain wasn’t running. For the cost of the house and pictures from website we expected better. Also, the driveway up to the house was treacherous as it was tight curves and narrow with no way to pass a car coming the opposite direction. The location as far as Mountain View’s was great, kitchen was well supplied with cookware and having three refrigerators was great. Closeness to activities and parks was also good.Maintenance people were quick to reply the three times we called them and very friendly.

NOT CLEAN AT ALL

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views and the overall house was good but upon arrival there were hazardous personal item left in the bathrooms and outside. Also the grills were not cleaned and beer cans were on the back deck. There was hair on the floors in certain rooms as well. We could never get internet to work upstairs, it only worked downstairs for 1 day and the outside lights to cook on the grill did not work. To pay this much for this type of service is unacceptable and I would suggest people choose another house. The customer service did not care to compensate for anything. BE careful of the tiny road leading up to the house, it is dangerous with no guard rails.
