Three-room apartment on the ground floor with 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms and large air-conditioned living room with sofa bed. Courtyard with wooden pergola where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. Air conditioning in all rooms TV, Wifi. 30 meters from the Market and from the Guardia Medica, 100-150 meters from the sea and from seaside beaches equipped with beach umbrellas and deckchairs. Great for relaxing holidays on beaches and crystal clear sea and a few km from the center of Noto where you can admire the historic baroque and live the nightlife.
