About this property

Smart Villa in Cabo de Palos with sea views

Beautiful newly renovated house with sea views, with a privileged location in the center of the town of Cabo de Palos. Levante beach and the coves of the western area are two minutes walk, as well as shops and restaurants.

The exterior of the house has several spaces to enjoy the sun, the garden and the wonderful pool for private use. It has two porches covered with sofas to rest, a third with a folding awning to enjoy the sun in winter and be covered in summer, located on the platform access to the pool overlooking the sea, with a table where they can eat 10 guests. All of them of great capacity. Also, we have a fourth covered area where the barbecue and another table for 10 people. In the barbecue you can cook both with gas and charcoal, making available to the tenants of butane, iron and paella.

There is a shower in the garden and numerous sunbeds. Beach towels and umbrellas are provided.

The interior of the house is very bright, with three accesses to the garden. It has a living room with a fireplace and a large TV with free access to Netflix. The dining room for 10 people is comfortably connected to the kitchen.
The kitchen in turn is large, and is fully equipped to make you feel at home: toaster, kettle, Nespresso, blender, oven, microwave, washing machine, large capacity fridge ...

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with King size bed (160x200 cm), the other en suite with access from the garden with two beds of 90x200 cm.

In the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with King size bed and a large furnished terrace overlooking the sea, a double bedroom with two 90x200 beds and travel cots and another bedroom with 150x200 bed and sea views. There is also another furnished terrace with sea views, so you will have different spaces to enjoy the views and the sun.

The house has Wifi access and free Netflix.

Sheets, sheets for cots, bath towels and pool towels are included.
They can also enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and wine.

The property has permanent ford to facilitate parking.

Meal service is offered by the house staff. Specialty in rice.

Great location, close to local restaurants, beach and cliff top walk. The house itself is very spacious it accommodated our party of 10 with ages ranging from 3 to 70 comfortably. There are wonderful outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy separately or together. Our host was very helpful and kept in touch before and during our stay.

Absolutely amazing

Esther was very helpful even before our arrival. The property was all we could have needed. There were 10 of us ranging from age 8 to our parents in their 70s. The property was accessible for our dad's wheelchair and the bedrooms and bathrooms we're spacious and clean. The air conditioning was a god send considering the temperature of 40 degrees! There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the most amazing beach a 2 minute walk away. Would highly recommend this property.

Very disappointed

The villa was not as clean as we expected, floors had not been cleaned...lots of dust balls and not washed. Kettle did not switch off and toaster was a waste of time. There is a fridge/freezer by the back patio door which the seal was hanging off, the patio door itself was very hard to open and close on its runners....Everything is very tired and in need of replacing. The photos certainly need updating. The garden needs some work and outdoor furniture a good clean. As for the pool it was GREEN around the sides and there was no way we could use it from our 2nd day. The pool maintenance man came on the Saturday as we were leaving the following day but just refilled the pool, no cleaning, no chemicals....the pool is in urgent need of a thorough clean. On the plus side...we had plenty of hot water and the showers were very powerful.

Excellent property

Not much to fault with the property. The location is good near the beach, port and restaurants. Nice pool air conditioning worked well. We had one minor problem with a door handle not working, but having messaged Esther it had been repaired within 3 hours. Would highly recommend requesting Jose to come and cook a meal. We ordered a seafood paella and it was delicious. Better than any of the top restaurants we’d visited.

Ett härligt hus med alla de bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter, stor tomt med både skugga och sol och bra pool. Nära till allt - restauranger, shopping, livsmedel, bageri och alla typer av bad. Härlig husvärd som är positiv och hjälpsam. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
