The apartment overlooks the wonderful stretch of sea between Pioppi and the Promontory of Velia, recently renovated, fresh and well finished. The property is located in a private and quiet area, ideal for spending your holidays in relaxation. The apartment is large (about 95 sqm) and has a balcony from which you can enjoy a lovely view. Private parking. In a few minutes drive you can reach the center of Casal Velino where you can find shops, services, the port and the promenade. On the seafront you will find beaches, where you can book umbrellas and deck chairs, or free beach. Always in a very short time, ( 2 km) you can reach Pioppi, a small and quiet village, seat of the living museum of the sea and home of the Mediterranean diet.

Seaview from balcony is gorgeous. Quiet surroundings. Hostess is very sweet and helpful. Beach is 5 minutes away by car. Agropoli and Paestum is relatively near and worth seeing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place with fantastic sea view

Lovely apartment with everything you need. The apartment was clean and airy and the view from the balcony is stunning. 2 min drive to nice sand beaches and shops. Our host Nicole is absolutely the best one I've experienced. She was extremely helpful and very nice. I can warmly recommend this place if you want to visit Casalvelino area.

Traumhaftes Cilento 😍

Schon bei unserer Ankunft waren wir von der Lage der Ferienwohnung total beeindruckt. Hanglage in Casal Velino Marina. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich im Haus empfangen. Nicole und ihre Familie sprechen Deutsch, das vereinfachte uns den CheckIn. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, hell und geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Dann der Ausblick von dem großen Balkon: traumhaft schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und den Strand! Noch schöner als hier beschrieben 😍 der Urlaub war ab dem ersten Tag sehr erholsam. Wir sind im September in der Nachsaison angereist und hatten 14 Tage tolles Badewetter zwischen 27° und 31°. Die Cilento Region bietet viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und traumhafte Strände. Die Menschen dort sind sehr aufgeschlossen und gastfreundlich. Trotz Nebensaison hatten noch viele Bars und Restaurants geöffnet. Paestum bei Agropoli, Palinuro Bootsfahrt zur blauen Grotte oder Amalfiküste sind tolle Ausflugsziele. Napoli und der Vesuv sind zwar nur ca. 120km entfernt, aber für die Fahrt muss man mit dem Auto zweieinhalb Stunden einplanen, mit dem Zug geht das ab Ascea wahrscheinlich schneller. Auch da hat uns Nicole wichtige Tipps gegeben. Fazit: Wohnung in top Lage, sehr sauber und geräumig, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Ausstattung alles vorhanden und sehr gastfreundliche Familie 😍

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und liegt in traumhafter Lage. Durch die gute Ausstattung der Küche, kann man sich sehr gut selbst versorgen. Das positive Bild rundet die sehr liebevolle Gastgeberin Nicole ab. Meine Frau hat eine ausgeprägte Lebensmittel Unverträglichkeit. Hier hat Nicole sich schon im Vorfeld darum gekümmert wo wir diese besorgen können. Nochmals vielen Dank an dich Nicole für deine Unterstützung.

Erholung PUR

Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt: Gastgeberin Nicole war super freundlich, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und für alle Fragen offen. Die Unterkunft war piccobello sauber und geräumig. Sensationell ist tatsächlich der Ausblick vom großen Balkon aus :-) Die Unterkunft ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das schöne Cilento und auch zur Amalfi-Küste mit der Insel Capri (hierfür hatten wir den Zug genommen ab Ascea). Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!!! Liebe Grüße an Nicole

Vacanza Casal Velino

Struttura consigliatissima. Appartamento molto ampio ed accessoriato di tutto a poca distanza dal mare. Ci si sente accolti come a casa propria da persone sempre disponibili e cordialissime. Il paese, a poche centinaia di metri, offre tutti i servizi necessari e le strutture di divertimento per i giovani. Un particolare ringraziamento a Nicole per la sua gentilezza e simpatia

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht!

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung voll und ganz. Wir waren zu zweit dort, aber es findet auch eine vierköpfige Familie genügend Platz. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet (wichtig für uns, wir kochen nämlich gerne!). Auch der Kühlschrank war groß und hat ein Gefrierfach (sehr praktisch!). Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es gibt sogar zwei Ventilatoren, die bei großer Hitze sehr angehnem für Luft sorgen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, als wie sie übernommen haben. Die Lage ist wunderschön! Die Aussicht vom Balkon traumhaft. Der Cilento eine wunderbare Gegend. Traumhaft zum Rad fahren. Auch das Hinterland landschaftlich atemberaubend! Absolute Empfehlung! Allerdings kann man nicht direkt an einen guten Strand laufen. Es gibt einen steilen Weg zum Meer, aber gut baden kann man dort leider nicht. Wer also zum Strand will, muss dort hinfahren. Das ist nicht weit und gut zu machen, aber mir war das nicht klar. Außerdem ist etwas unterhalb der Wohnung ein Hotel, das einem hin und wieder mit lauter Animation beglückt. Nicht nachts, da ist es still, aber wenn man zum Abendessen auf dem Balkon sitzt, dann hat gelegentlich musikalische Umrahmung vom Hotel. Nicole ist eine herzliche und sehr liebe Gastgeberin. Auch ihr Onkel Antonio hat sich um uns bemüht. Wir durften mein E-Bike in seinem Garten abstellen, damit es nicht jeder sieht. Als es die erste Nacht geregnet hat, wurde es sogar liebevoll abgedeckt, damit auch ja nichts passiert! Absolute Empfehlung!

Traumblick am Mittelmeer

phantastische Lage mit weitem Blick über den Golf von Velia, viel Platz für 2-4 Personen, gute Ausstattung, sehr komfortabler Autostellplatz, kurzer Weg in den Ort, in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig und erholsam, ausgezeichnetes WLAN. Vor allem aber sehr freundliche, rasch hilfreiche und gut deutsch sprechende Vermieterin Nicole. Urlaub rundum gelungen

Meravigliosa casa con terrazza

La casa è di poco fuori dal centro con splendida vista mare che si gode da un terrazzino ampio ideale per mangiare con vista.le stanze sono luminose e spaziose,fresche e ventilate.ideale come postazione per esplorare il Cilento.spiagge belle nelle vicinanze acciaroli,ascea.comoda per raggiungere le sagre dell’entroterra a San mango e omignano.consigliatissima !nicole deliziosa

IL MARE IN CASA

Avevamo visto le foto sul sito e queste ci avevano colpito molto, soprattutto vedere il mare nelle foto cosi vicino., Arrivati il Sig. Giorgio ci riceve per darci le chiavi e ci ha aperto la casa e le finestre sul terrazzo , siamo rimasti a bocca aperta, avevamo veramente il mare in casa , BELLISSIMO!!!. La casa è bellissima , pulitissima e grande , poi cosa dire della gentilezza e disponibilità della Sig.ra Nicole , fantastica!!!. Siamo stati benissimo ,consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento se cercate il mare , la cultura e la simpatia qui trovate tutto questo. Casa splendida, panorama unico, ospitalità impeccabile.

Quando la realtà supera le aspettative... La casa è ancora più bella dal vivo che nelle foto, e anche la vista è identicamente splendida. Invece, quello che l'annuncio non può far intuire è l'incondizionata disponibilità e gentilezza di Nicole, sempre pronta a fornire supporto e consigli preziosi sulla vita locale. Per il resto: mare sottostante ideale per chi ama i fondali scogliosi, per la sabbia bisogna scendere in paese (tre minuti in macchina, ampia offerta di parcheggi pubblici a prezzi irrisori) anche se - almeno per i nostri gusti - le spiagge più belle si trovano ad Ascea scogliera e Acciaroli (evitare però accuratamente il fine settimana, dove tutta la costa accessibile si trasforma in un formicaio). Tornando all'alloggio: c'è veramente tutto per una vacanza in famiglia, gli arredi e i pavimenti sono nuovi, si può mangiare sia in soggiorno che sul balcone, il wifi è ottimo. Un posto insomma in cui si sente la mano e la passione della padrona di casa: grazie Nicole, alla prossima!

SOGNO

Casa bellissima, pulitissima, cucina accessoriata di tutto , di recente ristrutturazione con una terrazza veramente fantastica. Pace ,tranquillità ,silenzio, albe e tramonti hanno accompagnato la nostra seppur breve vacanza. Ubicata in posizione strategica per vedere buona parte della bella terra cilentana Velia, Paestum, Acciaroli, Palinuro, Ascea, Pollica, Pisciotta; Castellabate, Punta Licosa, ecc. Dimenticavo mare cristallino quasi ovunque. A Nicole, perfetta padrona di casa, un grande ringraziamento e un forte abbraccio . Francesca e Bernard

Un belvedere da sogno

Cortesia, accoglienza, cura, in un appartamento particolare e ampio, con un balcone meraviglioso e una pace assoluta. Sul mare, a pochi passi dalle spiagge e dal centro. Beautiful appartment with a stunning sea view in the middle of the Cilento natural park .

Mrs Rizzo was very helpful and great host. Parking next to the house is ideal. Perfect apartment for 2 or 3 weeks holiday with a group or family of 4 or 5 persons. Close to nice little sea or mountain towns. Many restaurants with tastefull dishes and very affordable. Beaches ar Ascea were oyr favourite. Visits to Paestum, Pompei and Napoli (by train from Ascea) are a must when staying in Casal Velino. We can fully recommend a stay at this appartment !

più di quanto si poteva sperare

Siamo rimasti davvero piacevolmente sorpresi dalla gentilezza e dalla disponibilità totale ma discreta dei proprietari; difficile descrivere il tutto in poche parole Davvero grazie Abbiamo trascorso bellissime giornate nel loro appartamento, ampio, pulito, confortevole, e soprattutto sullo spettacolare balcone con vista mozzafiato; le foto non rendono giustizia alla realtà Consigliatissimo per chi vuole trascorrere un periodo di relax a due passi, letteralmente, dal mare anna lisa e maurizio giugno 2019

Siamo tornati ieri ,ma non sembra vero siamo stati a casa nostra tutti i confort , ambiente accogliente, pulizia tanta cortesia e dispinibilita' dai gestori e poi un posto paradisiaco difficile da raccontare a parole molto piu' bello delle foto che dire da consigliare e da ritornarci a piu' presto....

Wundervolles Wochenende

Grosse Wohnung mit allem augestattet, in einem ruhigen Ort. Von der Terrasse aus koennen sie eine bezaubernde Aussicht geniessen.
