THE BEST VIEW San Gimignano


The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the historic center of San Gimignano, thus allowing you to have a wonderful panoramic view of the hills and to enjoy the proximity to the center.
Ideal for couples, it can however accommodate up to 3 people.
Independent entrance, the apartment is located on the ground floor and is equipped with all comforts such as a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and private parking, air conditioning.
Upon entering there is a large room that encloses bedroom, living room, dining room. In the second room there is the kitchen equipped with oven, stove, washing machine, kettle, toaster.
In the third room bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
You will also have a beautiful outdoor table where you can read and sip a glass of wine.
We have self check-in so you can arrive when you are most comfortable. We are however always available for any information and advice.
Important: the tourist tax € 1.5 per person per night from 12 years onwards must be paid in cash.

Wonderful host and beautiful view

It was a lovely apartment and the host is absolutely fabulous and easy to talk/chat with and responsive and they went above and beyound when I left my wallet behind on the day I flew out. When I stayed it was extremely hot(big European heat wave) and it was difficult to get cooled down at night but I think this was unusual time but be careful if you are sensitive to the heat at night.

Kurztrip

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war top. Auf unsere Fragen kamen innert ein paar Minuten eine Antwort. Leider war das Bett sehr alt und quitschte extrem. Es wurde nach der 1.Nacht zwar repariert,quitschte aber immer noch (zwar viel weniger). Die Lage ist sehr schön, allerdings sollte man ein Auto oder Velo haben wenn man auf San Gimiagno in dir Altstadt möchte. Die 7 Minuten Taxi Fahrt hin und zurück haben uns Total 70 Euro gekostet für einen Abend. Die kleine Küche hat alles was man braucht.
