Ground Floor
Enter the property into a spacious hallway, double doorways open to the comfy lounge with UK TV, Spanish TV, DVD and Wi-Fi. The lounge is open to dining room with seating for 6 people.
A modern fitted kitchen with Fridge freezer,washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, kettle and toaster.
Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with king size bed, a ceiling fan and Air con, this room also has a en-suite bathroom which has a bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet and WC.

First Floor
Bedroom with super king size bed, ceiling fan, Air conditioning and a balcony overlooking garden. A third bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet and WC..

Outside
To the front of the house there is a naya (a covered terrace) with Tosca stone arches with "al fresco" dining area , open to the beautiful private garden. Gas Barbecue. There are 4 Sun loungers available and many plastic chairs for use in the garden or by the pool.

Communal pool
There is a large fabulous communal pool with slides, tunnel, bridges and children's pool to keep the family entertained for hours.

This house is located in the Cala Blanca area of Javea, just a few minutes walk from Cala Blanca beach/cove and approx 10 mins walk to the blue flag Arenal beach along with all amenities in the area. Supermarket and Pharmacy also within a short walk.
