Pretty recent house of 2017, in Teyran, 20 km from Montpellier, 10 minutes from the tram, in a pretty village close to nature (nice hikes, Pic St loup, canoe river descents, beach, downtown)
The house is located in the heart of a very quiet subdivision, equipped with air conditioning.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms -
- bedroom 1: a 160 bed, large closet
- bedroom 2: a 140 bed, large closet, office
- bedroom 3: 2 beds 90, large closet, office
- a large bathroom with Italian shower, cupboard
- 1 toilet
On the ground floor :
- American kitchen open to living room with large panoramic sofa
- 1 toilet
Outside :
nice garden with small swimming pool in wood and alarm protection
2 sunbeds
wooden table and chairs for 6 people
barbecue
1 garden furniture with cushions
1 ping pong table and rackets available
- the garage will not be available.
- a parking space is located outside the gate
no problem parking on the street in front of the house
- we do not accept animals because of synthetic grass outside
