This condo is in highly desired building in the heart of Gulf Shores at ALABAMA VACATION HOME RENTALS LLC # 514 (ALAVHR) NO ADD ON FEES FOR CLEANING & PARKING, ETC. Back on the rental market after complete remodel. This unit is self-managed and rented less than 100 days a year. Gulf House - Unit 304 is located in a low-density, 36 unit condo complex located in the heart of Gulf Shores (between The Hangout and Gulf State Park Pier. This 2BR/2BA condo is approximately 1,000 square feet and accommodates 6 guests comfortably. Our unit features fully remodeled in 2021. Brand new furnishings through out and a great comfortable living space. The balcony offers view of the beach, Gulf of Mexico and complex pool. The condo is a non-smoking unit and pets are NOT allowed. We do not rent to minors or anyone under 25.

Living Area & Dining Area:
The living room has a great view of the beach, gulf and pool area. The living room is shared with the dining area. There is plenty of seating for you and your guest to relax. There is a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and a rocker recliner. There is a 55" flat screen Smart TV (with Netflix), DVD player, board games, cards, and a variety of books for kids and adults. The dining table seats 6 and there is also seating for two at the bar.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (2BR/2BA): Both bedrooms are large & offer king-size beds with new luxury mattresses, firm pillows and nice bedding for your comfort. Each bedroom has a 40-46" flat screen SmartTV's & DVD players. There is a full size bathroom across the hall from first bedroom and the master bedroom has a full bath with a shower, toilet & vanity. Ten towels and bath cloths will be provided for your stay. You will need to bring your beach towels and towels for the pool.

Kitchen:
The newly upgraded kitchen includes quartz countertops, backsplash, gallery appliances and is FULLY equipped with everything you might need during your stay. There is plenty of pots (including large stock pot), pans (including pizza and muffin), dishes, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, Keurig Duo which takes K-cups for individual servings or use as a regular coffee maker for a full pot , Ninja blender, toaster, cutting board, crock-pot, spices, etc..

Internet:
There is free high-speed WiFi Internet access in the condo unit. Each unit has their own access point to connect to, so you wont be sharing with other guests.

Complex Information:
Gulf House is a 36 unit condo complex with 6 condo units per floor. There is elevator access to each floor. Carts are also available for your convenience. There is plenty of parking in the complex with half of the spaces being covered. Each guest will be allowed two vehicle parking passes for their stay. Spaces are not reserved, so you can park where you like. The complex offers a swimming pool that is open during spring, summer and fall months. There are plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and seating poolside for you and your guests to relax. There is also laundry centers with commercial large-size washers and dryers on each floor (accepts mobile payments). Additionally, you will have access to two commercial sized charcoal grills and picnic tables beachside for you and your guest to enjoy. This is a low-density complex and it wont be over crowed and chaotic like the larger complexes. We have beach chairs and umbrella for you and your guests to use. You can also reserve a rental with the beach service attendant in front of the condo. The beach service is independently owned and operated by Alabama Beach Chairs 850-255-1515. Tents are allowed on the beach, however; they must be setup behind the chair rental and removed from the beach each night.

Area Information:
The condo is walking distance to the Gulf State Park Pier. Great gulf fishing is only a short walk from the condo. Lake Shelby in Gulf State Park is .25 miles and offers kayak and paddleboard board rentals. Also located within walking distance is the Gulf State Park Lodge & Convention Center, Island Pancake House, Sea N Suds Restaurant, Waffle House, The Hangout (.75 mile /15 min walk), Hangout Music Festival (May), National Shrimp Festival (October) and many other shops & restaurants. You can watch the City of Gulf Shores fireworks display right in front of the condo on July 4th. There are so many activities in the area for kids and adults. There's a water park (Waterville USA), OWA Amusement Park, arcades, go-cart tracks, mini golf, parasailing, Jet Ski and boat rentals, dolphin cruises, charter boat fishing, a zoo and so much more. If you enjoy biking, there is a 14+ mile backcountry bike trail nearby in Gulf State Park. The area offers 10+ golf courses for your enjoyment, excellent deep-sea fishing, amusement parks, shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, sailing, boating, and swimming. There is also a large outlet mall in the area. In the evening there are many fun places to dine and dance to local music.
