Splendid Panoramic Villa in Santa Maria al Bagno near Gallipoli
Panoramic villa in Santa Maria al Bagno with sea view on the bay of Gallipoli and Santa Caterina.
The Villa is just 2 minutes from the beach of Santa Maria al Bagno, 10 minutes from the center of Gallipoli and about 15 minutes from Porto Cesareo.
It consists of two floors above ground and a basement accessible by a large garden with indoor parking for up to three cars and a small pool for children. Air conditioning on both floors.
The Villa can accommodate up to 8 people as it consists of a large living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and three comfortable bedrooms with bathroom on the first floor. Three splendid panoramic terraces will allow guests to enjoy our wonderful sunsets over the bay of Gallipoli.
In the basement a covered veranda will allow you to enjoy the large green spaces in which the Villa is located, as well as allowing access to a large shower box worthy of a Spa.
