Cultrera. The villa is situated in a strategic position from which it is possible to reach in a short time both the Etna and the historical center of Catania (4 Km).

Villa Rosyiano is located on the ground floor of the villa,it is totally private and independent you only share the entrance with the owners.

- a bedroom with a double sofa bed
- a kitchen / living room equipped with a double sofa bed pool and garden view
- a bathroom with a shower
-a large outdoor area with private pool, decorated with beautiful mosaics and surrounded by exotic trees and laurels, with relaxing corners and solarium with deck chairs.
