Description:

Cottage directly from Lake Champlain, in Missisquoi Bay. Just 15 minutes from the U. S.A. border Ideal for a couple or a family.

Comfortable and fully equipped. Three closed bedrooms (bedding provided). Kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette pan, fondue pan, ... as well as all the necessary dishes, utensils and cutlery. Shower room with bath / shower (towels provided). Living room with television and blue-ray player.

BBQ, patio set and outdoor fireplace.


Boats available:

2 kayaks (solo) and life jackets are available free of charge.

Excellent value. The house was completely equipped with anything one might need, kitchen & otherwise. Hosts quickly responded to any questions. Location is quiet lakeside neighbourhood, ideal for long walks. Being pet friendly was a key factor in choosing this location.

Excellent vacation spot

Stayed with some friends over night. The place was spotless, well appointed and modern enough where it counts. I love the lakeside location- would definitely return in the summer!! Our hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They thoughtfully provided many amenities which really helped the overall experience. 10 on 10!! Thanks very much..

Parfait pour notre souper en famille

Ce chalet est magnifiquement situĂ© sur le bord du Lac Champlain. Le lever du soleil sur le lac est Ă  couper le souffle, ça vaut la peine de se lever tĂŽt pour l’admirer. À l’extĂ©rieur, un espace pour faire un feu avec une quantitĂ© de chaises confortables pour tous les invitĂ©s. Les matelas et la literie Ă©taient confortables. Comme nous cĂ©lĂ©brions un anniversaire, nous avons cuisinĂ© un souper pour 11 personnes, petit point nĂ©gatif, les Ă©quipements de cuisine sont vieillots et un peu dĂ©pareillĂ©s. Pour le reste, tout Ă©tait bien pour le prix demandĂ©. ReflĂšte bien ce que vous voyez sur les photos. Le point fort du chalet: le lac et son terrain.

Beautiful outdoor space, lots of kayaks and paddle boards to use, clean and spacious cottage, perfect for our needs. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again :)

Superbe endroit!

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour! La vue est spectaculaire, le chalet possĂšde tout ce qui il faut, incluant kayak, paddle board, foyer extĂ©rieur ainsi que toutes les commoditĂ©s. Quelques points mineures, l’eau Ă©tait haute et il et difficile d’accĂ©der au lac. Un beau petit quai Ă  l’avant serait un atout de plus. A noter aussi que si vous ĂȘtes un gros groupe et devez utiliser le divan lit dans le solarium, celui-ci n’as pas de rideaux ou autre. MĂȘme chose pour la chambre avec la porte patio qui n’a que des rideaux semi transparent. Par contre si vous ĂȘtes levĂ© tĂŽt, la vue vaut vraiment la peine! En rĂ©sumĂ©, je recommande cet endroit sans hĂ©siter!

Nicely set-up for a family or group

We came from the States to visit family in Quebec. This was a nice spot to get together and the rental is nicely set-up for a big group. The unit has a lot of nice amenities. We did not know this was a big area for kiteboarders before we visited. We enjoyed watching them from the back deck.

Nicer than expected

Starting from communication with the owners to arriving everything was excellent,The place was much nicer than expected, clean and well stocked/ equipped ( Toiletry, dishes, smart tv, high speed internet, fire wood, etc.)Very quiet and private. Spa like bathroom, beautiful view of the mountain from the very cosy solarium. 3 nice clean bed rooms and pulI out couch if needed. I will be recommending to friends.
