Nice T2 style and quiet

Having acquired this great home that I rehabilitate, I rent this STUDIO for one (or two students max), preferably year-round.

I wish people serious, calm and studious but not closed to common moments. A LIVING library, rustic style, is shared on the ground floor, as well as access to the GARDEN and its possibility to make barbecues (or gardening) when the weather is nice!
I speak fr, english, spanish.

Quiet, green (spaces and parks nearby), and close to the city center.

The common room on the ground floor, called "reading" with books and library, medieval study room style, is accessible. If necessary, for meals together, I also share my big kitchen (but the studio has a real kitchen that allows you to be independent)

The apartment is very quiet and bright isolated from the street (it is garden side). 5 minutes from Grand Rue (city center), it enjoys great tranquility and access to everything necessary.

The rental includes:
- a large bedroom, equipped with double bed, storage cabinet, mirror, bedside table, small decoration
- equipped kitchen, coffee maker, crockery, oven and hob, fridge, sofa, table and chairs
- SdB: SAUNA SHOWER COMBINED (very rare !!), cupboard, mirror, wc.

Washing machines common to the cellar (or near lavorama).

The house is very calm and bright. The neighborhood is serene. The advantages of the city without the disadvantages! Many cultural outings nearby.

On the same sidewalk at 50 m there is a PARK and quiet GREEN SPACES. A shopping center is 200m walk, another is 5 minutes by car. A (food) market is held one day a week not far away. A fruit and vegetable shop is also close.

Also easily accessible by car via the Urban Fast Track (Lille, Paris, Dunkirk, Brussels ...)

Close to transport, subway, train station, tram, schools (IFSI, IUT Lille I, and Lille II, INFOCOM, 3D POLE, ESMOD, EDHEC, ENSAIT) and shops.

The rest of the house is shared with two other students (studies sup), located in another part of the house, separated by a hall, so absolutely quiet.

I am looking to share this place of life with serious people, orderly, and calm and respectful, and not against moments friendly common punctual. There is also the possibility of gardening in the summer and participating in neighborhood events during the year.
