Our Cleaning and safety policy: This private residence is thoroughly cleaned with disinfection products. Linen and towels are sanitized.

This boutique apartment comes with:
* A sunny Bedroom with queen size bed, high quality mattress, wardrobe, mirror, safety box, an air condition unit, and a wooden armchair by the window facing the garden, ideal for reading a good book in privacy. Also there is a door opening to the garden/terrace.
* A spacious private Bathroom with shower, a sink with cabinet and mirror, free toiletries, hair dryer.
* An open plan kitchen with dining/living area.
* The kitchen is fully equipped; it comes with fridge/freezer, stove, oven, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, dishware and utensils, condiments, cutting boards, wine glasses, etc
*The living/dining area offers a dining table and chairs, a smart TV with Netflix, an air condition unit, 2 sofabeds (single size beds). The sofabeds can also be united to accommodate 2 couples.

The residence offers Air Condition throughout, smart TV with Netflix, both wi-fi and cable internet connection, iron/ironing board, washing machine, and more.
Outdoors space:
Outdoors, you can enjoy a garden with flowers, an ample terrace with an outdoor dining set, sunbeds and parasols. There is also automatic lighting for romantic evenings….
Just around the block you can find some of the most well-known beachside restaurants with traditional Cretan cuisine, or alternatively you can choose to cook a homemade meal in your fully equipped kitchen, for everyone to enjoy al fresco! Moreover there is a BBQ, if you feel like baking fresh fish or meat!
Don’t worry about shopping: you will find everything you need within 2-10 min walk.
-We welcome children of all ages; Children can safely play at the spacious terrace/flower garden (gated property), while you enjoy a glass of wine at the sun loungers.

Please note:
The original house was 110 m2 and we divided it into two houses of 55m2 each.
The garden is 100m2, and it is shared between the two homes; Each home has its own part of the garden, dinning set, sunbeds, etc. The two parts are separated by wooden fences and trees, for privacy.
There is a washing machine for guests to use.
